Pros:

Airport shuttle bus stop quite near.

Cons:

I stayed here a few times but this time staff seemed too tired to smile. Just not too friendly .

整體來說有附早餐，CP值很高了!
Pros:

早餐普普，地點很好，出去就是公車站，離地鐵約5分鐘，兩側有星巴客，往前跟對面都有Olive Young，對面也有超市。
房間是兩張單人床，床偏軟。行李可以跟櫃台說，就可以寄置物櫃，很方便。

Cons:

床偏軟，房間面對大馬路，有點吵。

Hello. I am a frequent guest who has stayed at Toyoko Inn hotels in Japan, Korea, and Germany during my travels and business trips.

However, during my most recent stay in February at your Toyoko Inn Gangnam branch in Seoul, Korea, I had a very disappointing experience. Compared to other Toyoko Inn branches in Korea, this particular hotel had the poorest service and cleanliness.

In addition, the breakfast quality was noticeably lower than other branches in Korea and was not enjoyable.

I have always valued Toyoko Inn for its consistent service and standards, which is why this experience was unexpected. I sincerely hope that you will review and improve the service and cleanliness at this branch.

Pros:

It was comfortable and in a nice location.

Cons:

For the breakfast spread, it will be nice if there are tags so foreigners know what is being served.

I have dietary restrictions and I couldn't try a lot of the things cause I wasn't sure what was in it.

Pros:

Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Aulassa oli runsaasti lukollisia kaappeja, joihin voi jättää matkalaukut sekä vedenotto automaatti. Sijainti melko hyvä muutaman sadan metrin päässä lähimmästä metroasemasta. Huone oli siisti ilmalämpöpumppu toimi hyvin, niin oli helppo saada huone oikean lämpöiseksi. Jos tulet lentokentältä bussilinja 6009, pääset suoraan hotellin eteen.

Cons:

Hissejä vain kolme ja niistä kaikilla ei päässyt kaikkiin kerroksiin ja sen takia joutui välillä odottamaan melko kauan. Sängyn tyyny olisi voinut olla hieman suurempi eikä ollut muita vaihtoehtoja.

Cons:

トイレットペーパーが2個のうち、1個が無くなっても補充されなかった。朝食を遅めに行くと、お粥が追加されず、残念だった。
