The first assigned to us was very dusty. But they moved us to a different room which was okay.

Escalators were broken for 2 days. We had a broken shower curtain that I’m most definitely paying for

Staff were not helpful re bike storage. After building manager became involved we were able to store bikes in car park basement . There is no dedicated shower stall in very small bathroom

Size of the rooms, AC didn’t work well, staff works only after 3pm, no lockers for big luggage of L size (lockers are for backpacks only)

房間很小，房內不能飲食，外面有小廚房可以吃東西，但很熱沒空調，隔音效果不太好，容易吵到別人跟被吵；浴室水流非常小，乾濕沒有分離，洗澡非常不方便。
