Hotel Kaqchiquel

El hotel tiene buena ubicación, sin embargo las habitaciones estan descuidadas, el ruido se escucha en las noches por todo el hotel y no dejan dormir. Es un hotel antiguo y le hace falta remozamiento y remodelación.

The place is not bad for a simple stay. Is clean enough and attendants are friendly. Also like parking is gated underground

El hotel queda en el corazón de Panajachel, a dos cuadras del lago, con buen parqueo. El hotel queda en el corazon de la calle principal muy pintoresca de la calle santander.

Too much light coming into the room at night. Very loud surroundings at night. The mattresses were very uncomfortable.

The location is good. The restaurant was good. The service was good.

I don’t recommend for families with young children or people that go to sleep before 11pm.

La habitación solicitada no me fue dada a pesar de sí tener disponibilidad, las habitaciones poco ventiladas, en la reserva creí entender que incluía desayuno y no me fue dado me lo cobraron

El hotel está muy buen ubicado, pero las camas para usarlas en pareja son matrimoniales algo angostas para dos personas, las almohadas muy pequeñas. La habitación era grande y limpia.

Nos tocó la habitación a la par de la piscina por lo que se escuchaba toda la actividad de las personas en l piscina, que no nos dejaba dormir placidamente

It’s a good place in the Main Street calle Santander. But, very basic and even rustic.

There was an incredible smell of rotten produce and trash that stank up the entire parking garage and drifted upstairs. Thankfully, our room was on the 3rd floor, so there was no smell up there. However, something needs to be done about it because the garage, LOBBY, and first floor all smelled.

Our room was clean enough. It is not worth what the hotel charges, but I could trick my brain into thinking it was all right since I had already used my Expedia points to stay there for $8. At the very least, it served our purposes of needing to stay just one night in Pana.

I was charged $80 for basically a $30 a room standard rate. The room was very sparse but clean. The bathroom needed further cleaning and the showerhead had the water spraying in 15 different directions. I would give it a two rating out of five. The noise from the lower level pool radiated loudly through all the rooms. This would be a good hotel for a family which is very tight budget except during Easter.

L'hôtel est bien situé dans la rue principal à proximité de l'embarcadère mais il est assez rudimentaire et froid pour un prix élevé pour le pays. On peut trouver mieux à ce prix l'à.

Muy buena ubicación, el servicio es excelente, el desayuno muy bueno. En general me gustó mucho el hotel.

Me indicaron que si pagaba el hospedaje con tarjeta de crédito debía pagar un cargo adicional de 7%.

Las instalaciones deberian de tener una mejora considerable, se deberia de tener más limpieza y no habia suficente agua.

My room was on the street side, so it was noisy. Good breakfast.
