Excellent Staff and Amazing Value for Money
Pros:

A Truly Lovely Stay - Fantastic Value!

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It's absolute spot-on value for money with great facilities and an incredibly welcoming staff. The complimentary breakfast was a real highlight; they were kind enough to ask for our preferences and customized the menu for us. Overall, a really lovely stay that exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

Cons:

However, a few things could be improved. The location is a bit outside the city, so you'll need to plan for a 20-minute walk or take a running auto to reach the city center. The street leading to the hotel is in very poor condition, making the commute a hassle. We also found some bugs in the bathroom upon arrival, which suggested the cleaning could have been more thorough.

Despite these issues, we had a really lovely stay overall, largely thanks to the amazing staff and value.

The location and the approach road is very very bad....would not recommend it. At the booking time it was pay at the property but received call from staff to pay booking amount..

Pros:

We booked 2 rooms ,Our room' s aur conditioner were on at 16 degree temperature whole night still there were no cooling . We were tired so much and we reached at midnight 1 am so we didn't demand there to make changes, our over all experience of stay was very bad
