Heel fijn verblijf midden in Zwolle
Pros:

Het was een ruim appartement op de bovenste etage met veel voorzieningen, fijn bed en schone ruime badkamer. Midden in het centrum. Telefonisch toegang doordat de medewerker van het hotel op afstand de deuren voor ons opende. Makkelijk en goed geregeld

Cons:

De voordeur was niet zo handig te vinden omdat het huisnummer ontbrak. Omdat het midden in het centrum ligt is er natuurlijk ‘s nachts meer herrie maar daar hadden ze per persoon oordopjes voor klaargelegd

Wij hebben het heel fijn gehad.
Pros:

Zeer goede locatie midden in het centrum. Mooi appartement met mooie badkamer en fijne douche. Heerlijk ontbijt.

Zou fantastisch verblijf zijn, alleen lawaai heeft dit iets verminderd

De locatie is erg goed en uitzicht op het plein is ook leuk. Oog voor detail in appartement ook erg fijn

Cons:

In het weekend waren aan beide kanten feesten en dit was duidelijk hoorbaar en ging lang door. Nu is dit lastig tegen te gaan en waren ook goede oordopjes bij het verblijf bijgevoegd. Toch is dit minder fijn, mocht er bijvoorbeeld een brandalarm afgaan. Van het personeel hoorde we dat de buren extra isolatie gaan toevoegen en hopelijk helpt dit

Geweldige locatie, mooi, groot appartement. Lekker schoon en nieuw. Vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

Niks belangrijks. Nog comfortabeler zou zeep en een handdoekje op het toilet zijn.

Cons:

Geluidsoverlast van feestgangers tot in de ochtend.
Bericht gestuurd naar hotelmedewerkster maar geen reactie. Pas in de ochtend kregen we een berichtje met een slap verhaal. Bij het uitchecken gaf de dame aan dat ze normaal wel op de hoogte gebracht werd wanneer er een feest gegeven word en dat het laatste woord nog niet gesproken was hierover met de feestlocatie. En dat ze normaal gesproken als ze weten wanneer er een feest is ze de hotelgasten waarschuwen en de optie geven te annuleren. Een hotel voor €170 boeken om te slapen waar je vervolgens wakker ligt en dan met een slap excuus weg word gestuurd. Er werd nog niet een kopje koffie ter compensatie aangeboden. Heel erg slecht. De enige echte compensatie zou zijn dat er een nieuwe overnachting aangeboden word of dat de kosten van onze overnachting terugbetaald word en verhaald worden op de organisatie van het feest.
