Great Location and Rate
Pros:

Loved the attentiveness, customer service, good communication and accomodations. Good continental breakfast. Good location and walkable for restaurants, bars, and convenience store's.

Cons:

I was put in a room that the AC wasn't working, but they moved my dog and I to a room with working AC.

Run away from this Hyatt.

Cons:

They double charged us because the receptionist that time couldnt see in the system the payment made on booking.com. When we tried to resolve the issue, the staffs were very unprofessional that they were just trying to throw us to the booking.com without even trying to check in their system. Very rude and just thinking about the profit. The room was not ready, there were no blankets and sheet cover for the sofa bed. Run away from this Hyatt.

Pros:

The shuttle service was excellent. The room was great. Desk clerk was friendly and efficient.

The breakfast had lots of options. Unfortunately some.of the hot items were cold or overcooked.
