The bed was super comfortable with enough pillows. The deco of the room was nice and cozy. Very close to HUKM.
Bathroom flooring could be better maintained.
The room had a tea and coffee facilities. clean rooms.
The room size was very tight. If you had lots of luggage it’s a tight space to manoeuvre around.

It’s near to the event space I’m going to at that time.
The receptionist, DK, who was not as friendly as the other receptionist from the night shift, and also not as friendly as per what the reviews shared here. He listens to reply, not to understand.
Of course, he will be as defensive as he can when you guys are checking this review. I like the hotel concept, and it’s a shame it was ruined just because of his attitude and services.
I don’t need to hear his apologies, or any defensive notes. Just hoping that he’ll stop doing this to other guests as well.
