The shower head is spoilt so some water sprayed out from corners
Staff is friendly.
Room is very small, door to bathroom can only open halfway. The distance from Metro Taman Mutiara is very far, cannot be reach by foot, not as stated 150m (misleading information). I had to take Grab to arrive at the hotel.

room too small. the furnitures setting are too crampy. i booked a room with a private balcony, turned out to be just an small 6 x 2 feet space just for 2 persons to stand. my partners and i have to figure out how to move or open the toilet door/room door without bumping into one another. sot enough space to put our luggages even. the only space is in between the toilet door and room door. if i want to open the toilet/room door, i have to remove my suitcase.. such a nuisance. the foldable table attached to wall was wobly. cant even do my online meeting as there was no space at all. checked in at 3om, checked out the same night,10pm. cant sleep there felt suffocated.

Second time here. For a boutique hotel, it exceed my expectations - clean, comfortable and sufficient facilities/amenities. Kettle, toiletries, hairdryer, lift to name and few. Worth the money
Size wise, not recommended to Muslim as this room type is quite sempit and no space to pray. The main issue was parking. It's located alongside restaurants and it's very hard to get a parking if you arrive around their dinner time - spent 40 minutes drive around to find a parking then decided to park illegally.
Late check in allowed. Room is beautiful amd the interior is amazing as if you were in 5 star hotel. The rate is cheap but the experience was great
