Nice, probably wouldn’t return.
Pros:

Felt that my car was safe. We sought the place out because we wanted to feel confident in leaving our car for the night. The room was pretty big and it was close to food places and mall.

Cons:

The air conditioning was terrible, had trouble sleeping through the night because it was stuffy. It was an energy efficient AC so the air would only be on in small increments of time.

Pros:

The hotel was very centrally located.

Cons:

The bathroom looked like it hadn't actually been cleaned. There was dirt and hair in the shower, and the shower drain didn't work. I ask the front desk staff if there was a better room available (I checked online first and saw there was) and they told me there wasn't.

Also, the room had a creepy vibe, the way they had the chair and rug arranged felt very off.

We checked out early, there was a different person at the front desk and he was very kind and said they would refund the remaining nights we had booked.

Pros:

Feet very safe for a solo traveler, especially as a woman. Beautiful courtyard for morning coffee, sun, and reading. Staff greeted us upon arrival and departure every single time. Just overall very clean with nice atmosphere

Pros:

The room was spacious and very clean, the staff was super attentive and friendly, and I loved how updated the hotel was. I loved the little goodies at the lobby every day and on Christmas Day they also gave us a little something on our door.

Cons:

On the first day we noticed a lot of ants in our room but the issue was resolved pretty quickly by the hotel.

Nice except for the price.
Pros:

Exceptionally clean and quiet.

Cons:

Very overpriced, the eating area was clinical but soulless. They even had the cheek to charge for parking the car in an unsecured parking lot which they initially refunded but later the charge appeared on my bank statement. It makes you wonder who is running this company and their ethos.

Pros:

We were first given keys to a room that hadn’t been cleaned… then given a different room. There was some mold in the shower corners, and don’t care for the soap in a bottle.. very convenient location, and open floor plan on main gloor

Pros:

Loved the hotel and how great the price was for the area. Only issue I had was the very sarcastic and rude lady who checked me in. Everyone else I encountered was great. And she was mad i didn’t have bonvoy to make her job easier to she signed me up without asking….
