On reviendra in shaa Allah
Pros:

La proximité du masjid Al rajihi avec les cours du sheikh même si c’est un peu loin du haram
Navette disponible

Cons:

Les navettes ne marchaient pas entre 18h et minuit durant ramadan.
Il faut faire un changement passer de la navette à un autre bus pr arriver au haram faut compter env 20 min de trajet puis ensuite une bonne marche

الموقع والجو العام وقربها من المسجد والنظافه والخدمات

طقم الاستقبال يحتاج الى تدريب في العلاقات العامه وطريقه التعامل مع العملاء اكثر من شخص في الاستقبال يتعامل بطريقه فوقيه مع نزلاء الفندق وكانه صاحب الفضل عند تعامله معك او سيعطيك مال من جيبه علاوه على انه لا يوجد اي تجاوب من خلال الاتصالات لا مع الاستقبال او مع خدمه الغرف او مع السنترال او مع المدير المناوب ومن الاسهل لك الانتقال من غرفتك الى الاستقبال من انتظار ان يرد عليك احد او يتجاوب معك وان حصل وتجاوب معك احد وطلبت منه طلب محدد من الطلبات المعتاده كزياده مخده او فراش فانسى تماما انه سيتم خدمتك خلال ذلك اليوم لذا انصح اداره الفندق باعاده النظر في هذه الامور فهي تجربه مغيظه للعملاء
