Okay kind of stay
Pros:

Location and rooms comfort. Our stay was in three rooms but surprisingly hotel told us that breakfast is included only in one room for one person. It was very embarrassing for whole family when we went for breakfast. Hotel staff told us that booking.com is playing these games with all customers and all customers are suffering with this kind of confusing promotions.

I called booking.com customer services to get clarifications but no one helped

1. Dental kits were missing and couldn't get it even after 3 reminders.
2. We were 4 guests and complimentary breakfast was provided to 2 guests only.
3. The lady receptionist on 22nd morning was rude in her behavior and body language.
