لم افطر لعدم فناعتي بنظافة الفندق

الموظفين مستخيل يردون ع اتصالنا من ااغرف لازم تنزل وتطلب اللي تبي وممكن ماينفذون طلبك . الموظفين يحتاجون تدريب قوييييي اهلاقهم واستقبالهم كانهم يكدون علينا اضافة الى وساخة الممرات والاصنصيرات والبلط محفر وعمال النظافة يعملون في الظهر فقط للتشك اوت الممرات مليانه زبايل والسجاد وسخ وااحمامات ماتصرف الناء في المغاسل ولازم تطلب صيانة يجيك عامل معه ضغاطه وريحه الفوط ماتشتهي تمسح فيها مسودة من كثر الاستعمال وقزاز مدخل الباب ملطط ببصمات الايدي والتكييف حكاية ثانية في وحده من عرفنا ال (3) مكيف سبلت يقرقر ومزعج وتبريد سيء كانك في فنادق البطحاء حقت العمالة ناهيك عن الجو العام في فندق لاسف يصنف انه 4 نجوم وتحت ادارة شيراتون وهو في الحقيقة تحت ادارة موظفين وعمالة من جنسيات ييئة غير مدربة

So bad! Only security & cafe staff were good!

Made us wait a long time before our room was ready, even though people were checking out in front of us and even after that for few hours.

Bathroom was so small, shower amenities were so small barely fits one person, no hair dryer.

Advertises shuttle to harem but it wasn’t available half the time we needed it!
