I don’t often write recommendations—in fact, I’ve hardly written any before.

The reason I’m writing this one is that I want to tell anyone interested in staying in Hanoi:

If you have WhatsApp, if your phone has a translation feature for English, or if you are comfortable speaking English, you should seriously consider this hotel. They can solve a lot of your problems and make your trip much easier.

First, let me mention the small downsides:
• The washing machine is located in the hallway, and you can’t use it after 10 PM.
• Laundry detergent isn’t provided; you’ll need to purchase it from the supermarket downstairs.
• The address listed on the website differs slightly from the actual location—it’s about a five-minute walk away.

Now, here’s why I strongly recommend this hotel and my personal experience:
On my way to the airport, I accidentally left my phone and all my ID cards in the car arranged by the hotel. After realizing this, I struggled to get in touch with the hotel using Skype on my iPad. When I finally reached them, they immediately contacted the front desk staff who had helped arrange my ride the night before. At 7 AM, even though that staff member had just finished an overnight shift and was resting, they still helped reach out to the driver. Within two hours, my phone and all my ID‘s were returned to me. On top of that, the hotel even paid the delivery fee in advance to ensure everything

The "lobby" is in the basement parking, 365 Salon is on street level.

The room is spacious, same as pics in site. The tub needs cleaning and hot water for the tub does not work well. There are dogs that bark every morning, disturbing us very early.

The street has many restos and a Winmart grocery is 6min by foot.

Tho the property is ok and very inexpensive, as tourists, we will probably stay in old quarter the whole trip next time.

I liked everything this apartment and recommended to any family needs a place to stay.

수압을 제외하면 완벽했어요. 세탁기와 건조기가 갖춰져있는 것도 편했고, 여행자들이 많이 묵는 위치가 아니라 그 점 또한 좋았어요. 리셉션은 친절했고 적극적으로 도와주려고 했어요.

Nice and good place to one or two stay. The street in front of the Hotel is quite noisy, if you accept that for you sleep, everything would be good for money. CVS at 1F is also good for supplement.

Really nice people running the hotel. reasonably good internet. new fittings. Could use double pane glass on the windows to cut the street noise some. I'll stay again.

A very nice serviced apartment hotel with excellent air conditioning. Very clean, staff friendly & very helpful. The only problem is that it’s off the beaten track for tourists in Hanoi, it is best to stay in the Old Quarter when visiting Hanoi.

오피스텔을 개조해 호텔로 임대하는 형태, 지하주차장이 로비임. 놀라지 마시라 여기가 맞나 싶으면 거기임.
일단 신축건물이라 굉장히 깔끔하고, 내부 청소도 청결한편. 빨래를 할수 있고 전자렌지가 구비되어 있어 출장으로 온 사람들에게 괜찮은 선택이 될수 있음.
주변에 즐길거리가 하나도 없고, 근처가 출퇴근시간에 정체가 잦다는것은 단점.
새벽 5시가 되면 닭이 울고 덩달아 개도 짖어 아침잠을 설칠수 있음

内部の設備は良い（ベトナムでは珍しくウォシュレットがあった）が使いづらいです。
洗面所にコップがない、テッシュが置いてない、フェイスタオルがない、浴室・洗面所にゴミ箱がない、冷蔵庫の中が清潔でないなど。

The reception will close from 22:00 to 6:00 (because of not hotel), however it's valuable for the person who only need to stay simply and safety.
