Conexão com a natureza
Pros:

A beleza do lugar. As actividades disponíveis, a vista, o ar puro e a conexão com a natureza

Cons:

Mosquitos no quarto, o tamanho da cama casal que é bem pequena.
Pedimos camas duplas no quarto e nos foi dada uma cama de casal que foi desconfortável.
Falta de placas pelo caminho e I facto do mapa no Booking mostrar proximidade com o aeroporto. Que não é verdade.

Pros:

This is flase advertising!

I took the place for my elderly Mother as it was "close to the airport" 5.6 miles ... so roughly that is 10km and should take more than 15 minutes 🤔

My mother was horrified when they approached form Harare last night and the road was dreadful full of very large potholes. Just awful. They were then very late in getting to the Establishment. The Establishment does not respond to calls or to Booking.com messages nor to WhatsApp messages...

They advertise as Cash Only but they have Card Facilities!

Their Airport Shuttle is an absolute disaster! It was arranged for 8:00am this morning and was not there ... eventually the Uber got my mother there at 9:20 for her 10:00 flight and she missed it because of this Establishment!

Dreadful do not use it! Do not use it!

Cons:

Room is old and beeding is not clean
Shuttle is not on time and is only a Taxi not a Facilitu Shuttle
Roads to get there are dreadful and dangerous
No breakfast available before 8am so my elderly Mum had nothing to eat ...

Just dreadful!

False advertising ... Booking.com is not to be trusted in Zimbabwe!!!!

I liked it. Coming back again.
Pros:

There is a lot to do in one place. Activities right outside the room.

Cons:

The pictures I saw on Deluxe room and what I got were kind of a mismatch. But the one I got was still good, just that it wasn’t what I saw on the picture. I was expecting more space.

Pros:

Front house staff friendly

Cons:

Wifi code expired on day 1, was not given new code, had to ask if something was wrong. Did not receive breakfast on 2nd day at 8am, presume they forgot, we left at 8.30am.
Nothing to do there, left this place earlier than anticipated and found other accomodation. Area where resort is located is horrendous, traffic and the way taxi's and cars drive there is bad.

Cons:

No one on reception upon arrival. No clue about the booking. No where near the airport and in a dodgy area.The kitchen was closed at 7 so couldn't get dinner. Didn't stay the night.

Pros:

Very friendly staff even when I arrived at the resort at 10pm the staff received me friendly.

Cons:

The only complaint I have is that the shower head was on the window sill and the shower was unpleasant. Not acceptable at all especially for the amount I payed for a room.
