Pros:

The location is so convenient was able to walk to restaurants and around town in the evening. Super friendly staff. Very cool building for a hotel.

Cons:

The air was out in the upstairs stairway/hallway. It would be nice to have better coffee access in the morning other than having to order room service. Wish the game room and all was open!!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! You can walk to restaurants, bars, shops, and entertainment venues! Plus the boutique hotel style offers something unique from the chain hotels.

Cons:

I love this hotel! We stay here regularly when working in Florence. No complaints! But the Boiler Room in the basement is closed for renovations.

You are able to walk everywhere. the beds are very comfortable and rooms and bathrooms are very clean. The Stricklin is our favorite place to stay in Florence!

Fun!
Pros:

Downtown! Close to everything! Check in was easy and staff was so nice!

Cons:

We were excited about the basement arcade but was closed for renovations during our stay! Nothing bad but wish we could’ve checked it out!
