The service was poor, the swimming pool was cold , and very old , the sauna did not work, the sauna and pool staff were not respected , in one speech very bad

Pros:

Very very very pleasant stuff!!!
Dinner in the restaurant was good.
SPA - used some, was not bad.
Got massage - good and professional, at least for such money.

Cons:

Bed, pillows- very old and inconvenient.
Must of sport equipment in fitness is broken.
The hotel looks old, not so clean, require maintenance.
Breakfast under each expectation.

Proche du centre historique.
Arrivée le matin par le train de nuit, nous avons pu disposer de la chambre immédiatement ce qui est très appréciable.
Une piscine, un hammam et un sauna super.

Treatment of staff is beyond exceptional which customers are looking for now days.

A good hotel without a SPA

The size of the room

Cons:

The hotel name implicates that there is a real SPA, but actually the swimming pool was used all day for a course dedicated to classes of young male students of a Summer Camp. The SPA is very basic and not organized

A happy stay at Issam hotel in Sheki
Pros:

Everything. The entree was impressive, the general manager was very friendly and helpful, airco was good. When I ever go back to Sheki I will come back!

Cons:

The ‘water-part’ (pool and sauna) should get a little attention. Some wood is broken in the sauna and local children get their swimming lessons in the pool (which is great and absolutely no problem, but the pool isn’t available during these times!

Disgusting smell in the bathroom of room number 5.
In some rooms the windows are covered with some strange construction.
No response to emails.
