Fantastic hotel, would definitely come again!
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, comfortable and very cosy. It was the perfect temperature as well! Which often doesn't happen for me in hotels. And it also had a fridge with free water, which was a nice touch. I also liked (although didn't get one myself) that they serve 24/7 pizzas, which isa nice touch if you have to come back late to your hotel.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was the disposable wooden sticks for the tea, instead of proper spoons.

Good modern room and facilities, budget hotel well executed. Staff were nice and gave good advice, would gladly stay here next time

The telephone was damaged, not a problem but lowered the feeling of the room a little

Needed last minute due to being let down elsewhere. Great staff and comfortable stay

More selections for the hot breakfast and it could have been hotter as was warm to eat

Staff make a big difference in a hotel stay, customer service lessons would help this hotel.
Pros:

Room was modern and clean, towels were soft

Cons:

- staff were not friendly or helpful on the first night, tv was not working which is fine but no note was left for the next workers in the morning to send someone to fix it so we needed to remind them.

Pros:

The staff were all great, super polite, welcoming and professional. Only stayed one night for the football. Location is good, the hotel was clean, breakfast was decent. Overall a good place to stay

Cons:

As described before it doesn't quite hit the 4 star mark- it is more of a 3 star. Breakfast is ok but it could have a bit more variety and the room could have more amenities, like toiletries could be more.
