Altogether the we very disappointing. The bright spark were the staff. They were so apologetic
Pros:

Average breakfast. Location was supposed to be close to airport but was 11 miles away, down a seedy side street with not parking facilities and no shuttle bus

Cons:

Two lifts, one out of order the whole time. Same as front rotating door. Room was not held from night before (I had paid), I was put into a “disability” room. Heating did not work, sink plug was stuck, no hanging space, the worst was the bed. A “lumpy” duvet had been fitted over mattress ! A park bench would have been more comfortable.
