Pros:

Séjour exceptionnel ! Nous avions une petite maison de plein pied avec terrasse en face de la piscine magnifique ! Toujours du personnel au bar de la piscine. Tout est neuf. Le petit déjeuner était très copieux, incroyable ! Le dîner que nous avons testé 2 fois était vraiment gastronomique avec produits locaux.
Le personnel était très attentionné. J’aimerais vraiment y retourner ! Très bonne adresse

Pros:

I lati positivi in realtà sono un po' tutti. Struttura molto bella, la pulizia delle camere impeccabile, la camera spaziosa e con una bella vista sulla piscina, posizione buona perché vicina alla spiaggia di torre dell'orso e di altre meravigliose. Per chi ha la macchina poi può girarsi a distanza di poco più di un'ora tutto il litorale dello Ionio(punta prosciutto, porto cesareo, torre lapillo ecc.). Un bel parcheggio, colazione a buffet eccezionale e tanta tranquillità e relax.

Cons:

Unica nota negativa: la cena della prima sera era molto misera per quanto riguarda le porzioni poi devo dire per il resto della settimana tutto ok. E poi purtroppo il maitre, a differenza di tutto il resto dello staff, molto antipatico e altezzoso.

Melhor hotel no melhor lugar da Costa da Puglia!
Pros:

Hotel luxuoso, com arquitetura e mobiliário modernos. Funcionários atenciosos e muito educados. Quarto lindo, muito limpo e espaçoso para meus 2 filhos, marido e eu. Café da manhã muito farto, excelente! Localizado a 5 min da praia maravilhosa de Torre del Orso (mar calmo e cristalino), a 20 min de Otranto (vale muito a pena conhecer), 15 min de San Foca (onde partiu nosso passeio de barco pela costa). ADORAMOS!

Sorrisi che fanno la differenza.
Pros:

Abbiamo prenotato una villa per una coppia per 6 notti.
Ambiente ampio, molto curato e soprattutto pulito (voto 10).
Abbiamo adorato rilassarci al bar, dove si respirava un'atmosfera cordiale e gioiosa (voto 10+).

Cons:

Nota dolente da sottolineare: il servizio del ristorante, memorabile per scarsità (tanto da averne parlato ad amici e parenti nel dopovacanza). Non abbiamo potuto fare a meno di costatare la poca cordialità dello staff (del ristorante) per nulla accogliente (a stento rispondevano al nostro buongiorno durante la colazione) e disattento (ce ne voleva a fare eye-contact per ordinare un caffè, che ti veniva servito quasi lanciato al volo sul tavolo).
A una nostra gentile richiesta di avere pancake a colazione, disponibili fino al giorno precedente, ci è stato risposto che da quel momento i pancake sarebbero stati razionati (massimo 2 a testa, perché il giorno precedente se ne era stato fatto abuso), e preferibilmente serviti solo ai bambini. Policy comprensibile, ma non da un 4 stelle pagato profumatamente.
Infine, in sala durante la colazione, si respirava generale malcontento, pertanto si consiglia di avere cura della soddisfazione del personale, che potrebbe ripercuotersi negativamente sull'esperienza - poi magari gli saremo stati antipatici noi, chissà.

Great amenities on the outskirts of town. Super spot for folks with a car.
Pros:

The property was on the outside of Torre dell’ Orso. There was plenty of parking, which was very convenient since we had a rental car. The room was comfortable, although not very adorned. The pool was fantastic with a swim up bar. We did not take advantage of the lunch and dinner’s offered there but the breakfast spread was huge with lots of different options. If you have a rental car, this is a great location and it was easy enough to drive along the coast to visit the various beaches in Torre Dell Orso from here.

La restauration
Le restaurant proposé en déjeuner et en dîner est très limité en choix. Un self service aurait été préférable et plus varié d’autant plus que l’offre de restauration à l’extérieur est très limitée
Il faut nécessairement prendre la voiture
Cet aspect est vraiment dommage

Esperienza positiva!
Pros:

La posizione ottima per arrivare alle spiagge vicine, hotel pulito e personale molto cordiale e disponibile,camere molto belle! Il balcone una nota positiva in più anche grazie allo stendino in dotazione per fare asciugare i panni!

Cons:

Inserirei formati di pasta alternativi per bambini come pennette fusilli e spaghetti e poi varierei un po' i gusti perché i miei bimbi hanno mangiato per 4 giorni orecchiette e cavatelli al sugo o al pesto e mi sarebbe piaciuto avere più varietà per loro come era per noi adulti. Comunque il cibo era tutto buonissimo! Il mio resta solo un consiglio!

Posizione perfetta per sia Torre dell'orso sia per Otranto. Colazione completissima. Piscina e servizio perfetti. Staff disponibilissimo e gentilissimo. Camere sempre sistemate.
