Cons:

Staff customer service appalling. Couldnt be bothered to serve a single pint of beer at 10.55pm. Id driven over 250 miles in horrendous weather. A decent pub would have served a pint and looked after their customer. This pub staff preffered to sit together having a drink. Wont stay here again and had breakfast at a nearby cafe instead of here.

Shower pressure is very low.

Welcome was warm. We were informed of everything we needed to know in a clear concise way. The room was clean and contained everything we needed. The meals were good and nicely served. All the staff were warm and friendly.
