Pricey, low budget Motel 6.
Pros:

Not many hotels on the north side of LV. Access to I15 was good.

Cons:

Dirty hallways. Crappy luggage trolley. Front doors slam on the luggage trolley. No coffee in room. Very spartan, in every regard. Cheap mattress.

Pros:

it is clean and spacious

Cons:

the noise that is coming from the AC.High ,low or fan settings ,it produces the same noisy sound. I didn't get a good sleep when the AC is on and you cannot turn it off or you will sweat. There is no microwave in your own room.

This location works really well for me. I stay here often when I travel as it is close to work and family. The staff is nice and they haven’t ever required a bunch of extra deposits and fees. There is also a gas station in the same parking lot and that is great for getting drinks or snacks or whatever. I like that all the rooms are interior entrances, which makes it safer when traveling alone.

Cons:

The floors are ALWAYS dirty. One of the first things I do is wet one of the towels and clean the floors in the room. Otherwise my feet get black from walking on them and I can feel the dirt. The soap also sucks and there are not many amenities in general.

It was worth staying here for the price and convenience.
Pros:

The property was reasonable considering how close it is to the racetrack. It was easy to get to from the freeway. Staff are friendly.

Cons:

They don't use fitted bottom sheets so the sheets kept coming loose and bunching up. Because they were at capacity they didn't clean our room on the third day. Though, we were able to get extra towels from the front desk. We were there four nights. They didn't clean our room on the fourth day either. Also, there wasn't a coffee machine in the room or shampoo. It's very minimalist.

Best Motel6 for some time
Pros:

North of LV, near the speedway. Possibly the best Motel6 I have stayed in for some time. Spacious room, friendly staff, excellent shower (larger, high shower head, hand support, seat), 3 pillows

Cons:

A bit remote from a market, inside access only.
