Pros:

The staff is very friendly and willing to help you with anything, the location is central and close to Taksim Square, shops, public transport, even if the street is on a slope (like most streets). The area is very safe. The apartment is equipped and furnished.

Cons:

Parking is more difficult to access, but you can also park on the street, near the hotel.

New Room Hotel Istanbul is an excellent choice for anyone visiting the city. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from Taksim Square, making it perfect for exploring Istanbul. The highlight of our stay was the outstanding hospitality of the hotel manager, Atakhan. He was incredibly helpful and made our experience truly memorable. We were so impressed that we plan to stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended!
