Pros:

Otelin ekibi çok iyiydi. Biz iş için gelip 5 kişi konakladık. Otelin konumu ve genel olarak olanakları da güzeldi. Kendine özel bir otoparkı olması da iyiydi. Kahvaltıya bir dokunuş yapılabilir belki. Teşekkür ediyoruz. Kalanların da memnun ayrılacağını düşünüyorum.

oda geniş ve rahat, sessiz bir oda. Fakat felaket şekilde sigara kokuyordu. Tamam bir önceki misafirler berbat kullanmış olabilir fakat oda havalandırılabilir ve koku giderici parfüm sıkılabilirdi.

Güzel bir otel. Biraz trafik sorunu var. Manzarası yok, ama içerisi bol aydınlatmalı ve aynalı. Temiz ve nezih. Duşa kabin konulmuş, keşke olmasa. Normal bir yağmur duş başlığı ve genişlik daha iyi olurdu. Koridor ve merdivenler basık kalmış. Yine de güzel diye bilirim. Personel güler yüzlü. Kahvaltı zayıf kalmış.

Pros:

Hotel was very nice with helpful staff to cater to tour needs. Unfortunately the spa is only open during the winter season which was a shame. Nevertheless overall a brilliant hotel to stay in.

Pros:

Girişten itibaren çok ihtişamlı. Artık otelin kullanım şeklimi yoksa gelen müşterilerin ahlaksızlığımı kendimi +18 bölgesinde hissettim. Bilecik e ilk defa geldim otel yerine bir sürü apart var onlar tercih edilebilirmiş rezervasyona gerek olmadan. Oda kartla çalışıyor o yüzden dışarı çıktığınızda elektirik kesiliyor. Dolapta bozulacak bir eşya konamaz çünkü bozulur. Zaten dolapta çalışır vaziyette vasattı.

I liked everything about the hotel and specifically the hotel reception man whom was of a great help, friendly and he speaks English to a very good level, I apologise that I couldn't have his full name which I have put it here, the hotel wonder should be very proud to have this employee

Cons:

The only one disappointment that the hotel Turkish Hammam wasn't available and was under maintenance, I hope now it is back to serve hotel guests

Pros:

Everything was very nice. The staff were very kind, helpful, and welcoming. A few minor things: you could hear people and doors closing in the hallways quite easily. The kettle in the room wasn’t fully clean on the inside. One of the complimentary toiletries was empty when I opened the box. Overall, it was a fine stay and we had no major issues or complaints.

The remote control of the air condition was not available at room, hence the AC was not working with no remote control. Called the reception to provide. They provided but after some time
