Wonderful hotel, but Vung Tau is not a place where I feel comfortable.
Pros:

Great hotel with a beautiful view. The breakfast left nothing to be desired, the beds were comfortable, and I highly recommend a room with a sea view. The promenade is perfect for a walk, and the view from the pool is excellent. During the week it was pleasantly quiet—likely busier on weekends. During my stay, there was construction work behind and next to the hotel, causing noise from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., but it didn’t bother me since I wasn’t on the balcony during that time.
The hotel is located right next to a small amusement park for children. It was quite noisy in the evenings—sleeping before 10 p.m. without earplugs is difficult. It didn‘t bother me.

Cons:

At the beginning of April, there was also a strong algae bloom with an unpleasant smell. Although the situation improved and the beach was being cleaned, a beach holiday wasn’t really possible for me, also because I didn't feel safe enough there to stay longer.

I cannot recommend Vung Tau to solo (Western) female travelers. As a European, I stood out a lot and felt uncomfortable and unsafe. I was harassed by a man on the beach in front of the hotel and also watched by him on the following days.

I was also reprimanded rudely several times on the street and on the beach, and felt uncomfortable in the supermarket because of pushy children. I have never experienced so many negative things in such a short time – neither in Europe, other parts of Asia, Mexico, nor elsewhere in Vietnam. Unfortunately, this overshadowed the entire trip.
I will not return, even though I liked the hotel. Many thanks to Louis Duc at the reception for his help!!

War ein sehr schöner Kurzaufenthalt.
Pros:

Ruhige Lage, megatolles Frühstück, vielseitig und sehr gut, gemütliche Bar, sehr freundliches Personal, Pool am Dach war sehr cool, leider war es sehr windig.

Cons:

In der Nacht durch starken Wind lautes Geräusch. Zu wenig liegen am Strand. Die permanente Beschallung durch Lautsprecher am Strand. Da wurde permanent etwas auf vietnamesisch gesprochen, Ruhe und entspannen kann man sich am Strand nicht (aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts).

Super tolles neues Hotel alles sauber und sehr zentral gelegen
Pros:

Wunderbares Frühstück. Riesige Auswahl. international und asiatisch. Tolle Frühstücksterrasse Terrasse .der Rooftop- Pool hat uns besonders gefallen. Das Hotel ist wirklich wunderbar und empfehlenswert.

Pros:

Excellent location, very close to the beach and beautiful view of sunrise from the balcony. Staff was very helpful and professional. Breakfast was great with a large selection. Pool area was nice but cold water in the pool was very cold.. We will come back again.
