Pros:

Lo staff della colazione è stato efficiente, sorridente e disponibile.
La colazione varia e buona
Lo chalet si trova in un'ottima posizione rispetto agli impianti e alle piste.

Cons:

Ragnatele in camera, e gran chiasso in corridoio..
il Servizio SPA non rispetta le esigenze della totale clientela: l' Orario di apertura (dalle 15 alle 20-21 non ricordo) fa si che la clientela si concentri nel pomeriggio rendendola invivibile ed affollata.
Abbiamo scelto lo Chalet du Lys per la SPA, ma non abbiamo potuto usufruirne per più di 1 ora. per chi non scia non è un buon servizio offerto.
La piscina esterna è accessibile a tutti, senza controllo, senza regolamento, senza limite di tempo.
Capita che famiglie numerose occupino la piscina senza lasciar spazio agli altri.

Breve weekend in montagna
Pros:

Siamo stati assegnati ad un lodge, comodissimo, ampio, spazioso, con la giusta temperatura, ottimo per noi e per il cane. Cena e colazione di qualità. La SPA è molto ben tenuta, c'è anche una stanza del sale, che non si trova ovunque. Staff cordialissimo.

Manca soltanto il doccino (o telefono) della doccia

Ottima posizione nel punto più alto della valle, direttamente sulle piste da sci. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la vasca riscaldata all'esterno, in mezzo alla neve!
