Ai Smart Hotel @ Jonker

I have to be honest and say that I won't stay here again. The room we were given felt like an afterthought. There was no number on the room, and it was locked on the outside with a padlock, which was a little disconcerting. Once we made it in, there was no soap, no shampoo, the TV had no service, the wifi didnt work, and there was a panel that was supposed to hold the keycard to the room to control the power, but since the keycard wasn't even being used, the panel just chirped and flashed all night long. The walls had holes in them that were just painted over, the wood paneling was loose... we didnt enjoy it at all.

Very convenient, 1 step to Jonker Street End. Staff very attentive, as something wrong with room air-condition, came and check immediately once received our call. Sound proof can be improve more, as can hear next room talk and shower sound. Anyway, is very convenient.

Simple accommodation right at Jonker walk. Perfect location. Wifi fairly ok, a few outages. Would stay again.

The hotel situated within Jonker area, which convenient to tour the Peranakan place, alot eatery, souvenier.
The hotel is abit ran down, the room was average, but need improvement on:
- lights very dim
- 3 pax in a room but came with 1 set shower & shampoo gel with 2 bottles of mineral water, 2 cups
- the kettle nt working, in which the staff tried several spare kettles until 1 kettle is functional
- toilet door screeching sound that the staff unable to resolve. We have to bear with it when slept at night
- thin dust on the cloth hangers, nobody clean before we checked in
- staff is friendly, unfortunately the condition of was slightly below average

In the heart of Jonker night market... lots of cafes and shopping. Room was good clean suitable for couples as you will be apending most of your time outdoor.. so this hotel is recommended. Especially for.durian lovers.. its just 1 min walk across.

The reception area is smelling. In our room AC is not cold. But over all hotel area is good close to Jonker walk.

For parking hotel is not provide, you have to park behind the hotel call "Jonker walk car park" RM20 overnight park.

Great location right at Jonker Street, however you'd probably need to pay about RM20 for overnight parking (per night) at the Jonker Walk Parking behind the hotel, as you cannot really park your car in front of the hotel (after 5pm, Jonker Walk stalls start to open and cars would have to move away). But apart from that, comfortable stay!

The location is awesome near to night market. Other than that nothing is great. The wifi is not really working and the staff did not help to solve this issue.

Really near the forked end of jonker walk. Room is comfy. For the shower, hot water is only enough to make the water not cold, not hot. No parking provided, there's a jonker walk carpark nearby which u have to pay

Very accesible to many tourist attractions. Located at the heart of Melaka. Although the rooms are quite small but its value for money.

The place is decent for short stay. Parking and breakfast not provided. Might as well stay somewhere with parking since jonker street is a busy street

Aircond not function well although we have adjust in the max temperature.

Need to improve on cleanliness

Request to change room was processed smoothly, good service from the receptionist. Excellent location along jonker street and basic amenities are available. Happy to come back again!

Disappointed as booked for family room but told it was overbooked. Found out the staff released the room to the one book later. Offered to put us in 2 room for 6 person but aircon breakdown hence moved us to another room. It took us almost 1.5hrs to settle down to the room. Room cleanliness are terrible.

Good area..nice place n convinvent..walking distance to the famous church

I am not sure. It's my just my sixth sense but I just didn't feel right in that hotel. So, I am not sure.
