feel so disappointed on the service
Pros:

my first impression is great but I changed my mind on the check in process. The front desk staff asked my check in information. then I gave him the booking number from Hotels.com and he said thats not available. However, I gave my Passport and my I.D. card for him for checking my booking status. He replied me that is not match information. It is because he didnt use my first name to check it. It made me so mad and feel disappointed. wasted my 15 mins to find my booking. this is not acceptable. a four stars hotel hired a fools front desk staff. Also I asked some travel information of the city, the staff seem like he doesn't want to answer me. End!

Pros:

シャワーが固定式で使いづらい。従業員は親切でした。繁華街から離れていて静かでしたが、お店が少なくて、ちょっと不便かな。
