Una decepció

La neteja i la situació

Cons:

Vam demanar de poder entrar a les 13:00 i la resposta va ser que segons possibilitats. La qüestió és que vam arribar a les 13.30 i no hi havia ningú a l'hotel, vam marxar i tornant a les 18:00 a l'hotel vam trucar per telèfon i ens vam dir que fins les 15:00 no estaven, això es podia haver dit explícitament. També ens vam queixar de a temperatura a l'habitació, l'encarregada de la neteja ens va informar de com funcionava i vam aconseguir una temperatura suficient, gens confortable.
Tampoc hi havia servei d'esmorzar, encara que la web anunciava esmorzars i servei de restaurant.

Molt nou i funcional

L’habitació era molt nova i funcional.

Cons:

O la calefacció de l’habitació no funcionava o estava tan fluixa que si no estaves dins del llit feia fred. A la web diu que tenen restaurant però estava tancat, només funcionava un parell d’hores al matí per l’esmorzar.

Very basic 'hotel' - No creature comforts - Not somewhere I would stay again!
Pros:

Comfortable double bed. Decent size bathroom with a good shower.

Cons:

Terrible location, right on the corner of a busy traffic light junction. The guy on Reception was pretty miserable and spoke no English. We were on motorbikes, on check-in we were told there was no parking available, but the guy who owned the motorcycle shop alongside the hotel said there WAS parking for motorbikes underneath the hotel!

The rooms are very basic, with no tea/coffee facilities and just a tiny tube of liquid soap in the bathroom.

There are a few bars within walking distance, but the availability of restaurants is limited. Olot isn't a great place to wander around, very busy and noisy.

To be frank, it wouldn't surprise me if this hotel closes, it did look like it was being run down.
