Excellent value for money if you want to rest in Shanghai
Pros:

The hotel staff were the nicest people, super clean room and comfortable, comfortable bed, the amenities were great and excellent value for money.

Cons:

The one thing that I wasn’t a fan of was the location, the closest train station is 20 minutes away, next to a busy motorway and not a lot of public transport available.

Cons:

Nessuno parla inglese e non capiscono comunque la traduzione in Cinese. Per tanti giorni diventa davvero complicato e poco piacevole.

Excellent hospitality, outstanding customer service, and a comfortable stay! I would happily stay here again.
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally welcoming, patient and professional throughout our stay. They spoke good English which made communication very easy and were always willing to help with any questions. We especially appreciated their flexibility and understanding regarding our payment arrangements which made our arrival much less stressful. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained and the overall service met our expectations.

Cons:

There was very little to dislike. One of the rooms we were allocated was an accessible disability-friendly room. While the staff were very kind and accommodating in trying to arrange a room closer to our other booking, it would have been helpful if we had been informed in advance that this room was designed as an accessible room. Other than that, the stay was very enjoyable.
