Cons:

I found so called "pillow menu" on my bed. The idea is that a guest can ask for different pillows (wheat, lavender, and so on) with possibility to buy them after their stay. I guess it was language problem: I spent some time to explain what I want and finally it seems that I was not understood: I got a regular extra pillow instead of a lavender one, which I asked for.

Excellent value for money if you want to rest in Shanghai
Pros:

The hotel staff were the nicest people, super clean room and comfortable, comfortable bed, the amenities were great and excellent value for money.

Cons:

The one thing that I wasn’t a fan of was the location, the closest train station is 20 minutes away, next to a busy motorway and not a lot of public transport available.

Pros:

Pulizia e servizio in generale

Cons:

Nessuno parla inglese e non capiscono comunque la traduzione in Cinese. Per tanti giorni diventa davvero complicato e poco piacevole.
