Very good. The onsen make it worth staying there.
Pros:

The onsen are worth the stay. They are wonderful and open for a long time. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms are large and well designed. The pyjamas are comfortable. The laundry facilities are good (although like most all in one systems it doesn’t completely dry the clothes ever even with extra time) and the best part is that you can see on your tv which machines are available and how long the other ones still have in the cycle- prevents all those useless trips up to the laundry floor only to find all the machines in use. Brilliant.

Cons:

The front desk staff are very impersonal and blocked off from guests- almost no interaction, which can be good but also made it hard to ask questions or get help with minor things like change for laundry. The lobby was not super comfortable even though it looked like it should be, and they forbid eating and drinking in it; and there was no place to get coffee in the morning other than the 7-11 (which is conveniently right next door) which you then were not allowed to relax in the lobby and drink while you planned your day.

新しいので綺麗

Cons:

大浴場のロッカー室がアンモニア臭がきつかった。札幌のクルームも同じです。息が出来なくてドアを開けていても臭かった。清掃をきちんとして欲しい。ロッカー内も臭った。

Pros:

位置方便，走路10分鐘可以到榮町，有機械停車位，每日租金2000yen。房間空間不大，兩個行李箱一起打開比較困難，但整體設備頗新，但我們入住那間廁所有尿騷味。

また泊まりたい
Pros:

朝食のうなぎは臭みも無く柔らかく美味しかったです。
きしめんの量も少なめで準備されていて良かった。
サラダも事前にトマトやレタスなどが合わせてあったので
盛り付けしやすかった。
大浴場の混雑具合が部屋で確認でき、ゆっくり使用できて良かった。
