Comfortable stay with limited supplies
Pros:

Very clean and comfy.
It was a very nice stay, and staffs were helpful for our early luggage storage request.
There is no reception, but as arrived in Melbourne early morning, we needed to store our luggage to explore the city. Thanks to the staffs who were supportive and provided with us a temporary door code, so we could bring our luggage in before the check-in time.
Note, the check-out time is 10am, so they could only provide the code after confirming the property has been vacated, and I needed to make a few phone calls to arrange.

Cons:

Limited supplies.
We have booked for 4 people, for 5 nights, but was provided with no additional rubbish bag, only 2 dish-washing tablets, 1 set of toiletries in each bathroom, and 4 coffee capsules.
There is no house-keeping, which is fine, but on the 3rd day our rubbish bin was full, coffee capsules were finished and 1 dish-washing tablet remaining. I called the staff to get additional supplies, but was told those provided were part of the welcoming pack, and they asked us to buy from nearby supermarkets.
For the rubbish bag, fortunately I met the cleaner who gave me a few extra; for coffee we just bought our own outside; for dishes we washed them by hand, and used the other tablet on the last day; for showering we used the shower gel scarcely so they lasted until we departed.
I would suggest the property to prepare more of these supplies to last longer for those staying for longer.

Nice and comfortable stay, everything was clean. There was a clear communication from the team for check in and check out. We liked it

Cons:

I think parking should be part of the hotel cost. If guests are staying for more than 2 nights, there should be some sort of refresh like changing towels etc. I requested this and they provided but i think it can included as guest service.

My stay was extremely comfortable.
Pros:

The location was perfect for me. I would be more than happy to stay there again for the rest of my contract in Melbourne (projected to be end of January 2026 at this stage) if there was an outside undercover area.

Cons:

The WiFi/Internet connection was patchy at best. There was miscommunications with parking bookings.
