Very delightful stay!!
Pros:

The restaurant was very good for supper and breakfast. The STAFF was wonderful!! Beautiful location!!!

Cons:

We could NOT check in until 4PM and then at 4PM our room was NOT ready yet? Got into room at 4:30PM.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful front desk staff and cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in......
Pros:

I use to live in the area and watched this hotel being built. I have been there numerous times for lunch, dinner, cocktails, parties, etc but never stayed. I stayed this time and as a retired Flight Attendant of 29 yrs this was the cleanest hotel I have EVER stayed in. What a wonderful experience. Very impressed.

Very nice back patio area with nice fire areas for relaxing. The building is well designed and up to date.

Cons:

We did not have hot water to shower in the morning. The person at the front desk was told and just apologized, but did not offer to discount the room. That seems like a very basic expectation when I spent so much for the room. The in-hotel restaurant's breakfast was just alright. I was expecting much better. Burnt toast, oily omelets, weak coffee.

Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay! Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very cozy. The location was beautiful, and the staff were wonderful—warm, friendly, and welcoming. The complimentary Starbucks coffee and tea were a lovely touch. A fantastic experience overall!

We had a very enjoyable stay at the hotel but were disappointed at times.
Pros:

The outside area is exceptional with fire pits, ample seating areas, an outside bar, and a beautiful view of the lake. The food was very good though a bit pricey. Our bed and pillows were top notch and the room was tastefully decorated, comfortable and clean.

Cons:

There were a few hiccups during our stay. The safe and tv didn’t work properly but were remedied quickly. We had to repeatedly ask for fresh towels and washcloths. The shower shampoo conditioner was empty. Some mornings the coffee station was late being set up. One night at 8:30 we went to the bar but left after waiting 10 minutes. There were many patrons at the bar, the bar top was full of dirty glasses and there was no bartender there to serve us. As we were leaving we saw that he was on the outside patio clearing tables. My husband and I surmise that staff shortages are an issue at the hotel.

Amazing Vacation
Pros:

This hotel and grounds are beautiful and the service was exceptional. The little extras such as the drinks stations throughtout were a happy suprise.

I wasn’t really there long enough to enjoy, but I slept very well and the room was lovely.
Pros:

Beautiful place. Wish I could have stayed longer. Breakfast was great

Cons:

Lacked a full length mirror. I was there for a wedding and I would have liked to see how I looked full on.

Patio had bird droppings and feathers all over it but I didn’t use it anyway.
