Zimmer mit Balkon
Pros:

Das Zimmer ist neuwertig und weist keine Abnutzungsspuren auf, sehr sauber. Bade- und Handtücher waren schneeweiß.
Das war das einzige Zimmer im Hotel mit einem Balkon, vom Balkon aus hat man einen schönen Blick auf das rechte Neckerufer.

Cons:

Die Glastür ins Badezimmer schleift am Teppich und lässt sich nicht vollständig zu machen.
Aus meiner Sicht besteht die Gefahr, daß die Tür zerbrechen könnte, wenn man die Tür mit viel Kraft zu zumachen versucht.
Die Tür wurde schon mit zwei Unterlegscheiben angehoben, aber es hat nicht gereicht.

Great location, lovely staff, we will return!
Pros:

We booked 2 rooms for 4 adults. One of the rooms had a decent view as we had requested. Stand up fans were placed in the rooms (no ac) to help with the intense August heat. The hotel location is really special with tram access less than 100 meters which will take you down the hill to the old castle ruin or further down to town. The hotel does offer free tram transportation. Breakfast was lovely. Hotel staff, very understanding of our sudden change of plans.

Cons:

The second room booked had a view of the parking lot and the back of the hotel building. We had to leave a day early (sudden death in family), hotel could have offered us another 2 nights on another stay, but because we booked thru a 3rd party we had to forfeit our 2 room 2nd night stay.

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut und bietet einen einmaligen Ausblick. Es gibt ausreichend, kostenlose Parkplätze. Das Haus liegt im Wald in eine ruhigen Lage.

Cons:

Das Zimmer mit Talblick, dass wir gebucht haben, war nicht fertig, so dass wir ein anderes Zimmer, ohne Talblick nehmen mussten. Die Zimmer haben alle Teppichboten, die Gasträume sind aus den 70iger Jahren.

Het hotel ligt boven op een heuvel in Heidelberg. Het personeel is vriendelijk

Sommige delen van het hotel verdienen een opknapbeurt, maar zijn niet onoverkomelijk voor je verblijf

Top verblijf op een prachtige locatie.
Pros:

Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
Ontbijt was prima in orde, voldoende, afwisseling en lekker. (Op de harde mini croissantjes na ;))
Verder zag de menukaart er ook top uit, we hebben zelf enkel een voorgerecht ivm tijd genomen maar dit was dik in orde!
Het uitzicht is prachtig!
De kamer had alles dat nodig was en zag er schoon uit.

Cons:

Als we echt moeten gaan muggenziften, er had wat meer personeel aanwezig mogen zijn. We hebben op drie verschillende momenten moeten wachten/zoeken naar iemand die ons kon helpen.
Zowel aan de receptie als aan de bar.

Gut zufrieden, gerne wieder!
Pros:

Hotel in bester Lage. Das Zimmer mit Talblick ist schon etwas Besonderes. Zu jeder Zeit hat man ein einmaliges Panorama. Ich war zum Dinner auf der Terrasse, sehr empfehlenswert und freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Anlage ist zwar etwas älterer Natur, aber dennoch vernünftig ausgestattet. Nicht wirklich negativ, lediglich eine Feststellung.

Der Aufenthalt entsprach nicht einem 4 Sterne Hotel.
Pros:

Im 1. Zimmer, ließ sich die Badtür kaum öffnen. Nach der Reklamation haben wir ein anderes, wesentlich kleinere s Zimmer erhalten. Die Aussicht war hervorragend, nur Dachpappe mit Rohren

Super vriendelijk personeel. Prachtig uitzicht, het terras buiten. En leuke kamer, fijne bedden. Heel schoon. Ruime badkamer.. Prima ontbijt. Op 1 min lopen het kabelbaantje naar kasteel of Altstadt.

Prachtige locatie
Pros:

De locatie, het uitzicht vanaf het terras over de stad was prachtig.

Cons:

Wij waren er toen het 30 graden was en in de kamer was het niet te harden, met slechts een ventilator. Ook de open ramen gaven geen soelaas omdat die boven een groot plat dak zaten waardoor het daar bloedheet bleef. Jammer dat er geen koffie voorziening op de kamer was.
