Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.
The hotel is kosher, under the supervision of the Shoham Rabbinate.
Parking at the hotel is provided in an underground, automated, and covered facility. It is available to guests with valet assistance during designated hours, at an additional cost and upon availability. In the event of a technical malfunction, access to vehicles may be delayed until the issue has been resolved. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.
Bridal/groom preparations, and any wedding-related arrangements, including but not limited to external vendors and photography, are not permitted without prior booking of a designated preparation package and the corresponding room type.
Without such a package and/or prior coordination with the hotel, preparations and photography will not be allowed on the premises.
Late check-out beyond the check-out time stated in the booking confirmation will be permitted, subject to room availability, hotel approval, and an additional fee. אף פעם לא כתבתי ביקורת לא טובה על אף מקום.
אבל החוויה במלון הפעם היתה טראומתית.
החלפת הבעלים והפיכתו לכשר כנראה קשורה להפיכת מלון יפייפיה ומוקפד למלון דוחה.
בריכה עמוסה בטינופת, אנשים מעשנים בכל פינה למרות עשרות שלטים של איזור ללא עישון, אוכלים ושותים בבריכה, מאפרים ומכבים סיגריות על הרצפה, בעוד הצוות עומד בצד בחוסר מעש.
בריכה שצריך מסתבר להזמין מקום אליה מראש (???) לא שממש רצינו להיות בה.
אוכלוסייה קולנית בלי טיפת הערכה למקום . אפילו כשברחנו בבוקר חבורת בנות לא מרוצה צרחה על הצוות , לא ידעתי על מי אני מרחמת יותר..
יצאתי מזועזעת רק רציתי הביתה
ועוד לא אמרתי כלום על המחיר היקר שאין קשר בינו לתמורה.
מיותר לציין שלא נחזור.
