Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.
The hotel is kosher, under the supervision of the Shoham Rabbinate.
Parking at the hotel is provided in an underground, automated, and covered facility. It is available to guests with valet assistance during designated hours, at an additional cost and upon availability. In the event of a technical malfunction, access to vehicles may be delayed until the issue has been resolved. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.
Bridal/groom preparations, and any wedding-related arrangements, including but not limited to external vendors and photography, are not permitted without prior booking of a designated preparation package and the corresponding room type.
Without such a package and/or prior coordination with the hotel, preparations and photography will not be allowed on the premises.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

המקום מהמם, נקי עם בריכה מצוינת
כשהגענו למקום האירוח נאמר לנו כי השער של החניה תקול. עשינו סיבוב כשעה וחצי לחיפוש חניה,דבר שהתחיל את החופשה כסיוט. כשבאנו לקחת את המפתחות של החדר לאחר הצ׳ק אין, מנהל הקבלה אמר לנו כי השער לא היה תקול והוא לא יודע על מה מדובר ואנחנו יכולות להחנות כי יש שפע של חניה. הזזנו את הרכב להיכנס לחניון כפי שהמנהל אמר לנו לעשות וכשאנחנו מגיעות לשער השומר לא נותן לנו להכנס בטענה שאין חניה. כל כך הרבה זמן מהחופשה בזבזתי על החניה הזאת ואף אחד מאנשי הצוות לא לקח אחריות. מה שכן הם שולחים אותי להזיז את האוטו לחניון וטוענים שהכל בסדר ובסוף סתם גרמו לי לעשות סיבובים, שוב בזבזתי חצי שעה נוספת על בזבוז חניה בגלל המלצת המנהל. מקום יפה אבל השירות מתחת לכל ביקורת ולא הולם את המחיר הגבוה ששמים על לילה.

אני חושב כהערה בונה לשים לב לשירות בבריכה , הם לא עומדים בזמנים, שוכחים.
לדוג׳ לא הגיוני שהמלצר שלא דובר עברית זוכר בעל פה רשימה של כמה פריטים מכמה אנשים שונים שמזמינים ממנו..
וכך קרה שלא הגיע לנו שעתיים האוכל .
הכל מושלם אין על המלון הזה
אהבנו את הבריכה ואת החדר וגם ארוחת בוקר מעולה
אין שירות . לא בבריכה ולא לחדרים.
המלון מעולה מכל הבחינות, החדר מרווח, המיקום נהדר, שירות מכל הלב, המלון מרשים ומיוחד, ארוחת בוקר טעימה , מבחר גדול . יישר כוח
The Jaffa is by far my favorite hotel. Every year, I feel lucky to celebrate my birthday here, and it has become a very special tradition for me.
This year, I was delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade, and I truly appreciate this thoughtful gesture. It made my stay even more memorable.
