Important information:

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Parking at the hotel is provided in an underground, automated, and covered facility. מלון מפנק עם קסם היסטורי במיקום מעולה. צוות נפלא ומקצועי (תודה מיוחדת לנאווראס וענת המקסימים). ארוחות בוקר וערב משובחות. אווירה נעימה ונוף נהדר (לקחנו חדר שפונה לים). הכל נקי וחדש, בעיצוב מדויק שמשלב עתיקות עם תשתיות מודרניות נוחות. גננות יפה ומושקעת. יש שם גם פעילויות ספורט מיוחדות בקפלה מרהיבה ביופיה. מומלץ בחום. הרגשנו כאילו אנחנו בחו״ל ובבית בו זמנית. נשמח לחזור שוב :)

בישום קצת חזק מדי בלובי, כשנכנסים, אבל מפסיקים להרגיש את זה אחרי כמה דקות.

Nice hotel, good location, very poor service
Pros:

Location is great and the rooms are nice

Cons:

We had a very poor experience following our stay. My wife forgot one dress shoe in the room when we left. We called the hotel asking about it within 3 hours but what followed were a few days of us chasing the hotel staff at all levels, not getting any answers, not having our calls returns and eventually being told that housekeeping three it away “not thinking anyone would want it”!
