Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.
The hotel is kosher, under the supervision of the Shoham Rabbinate.
Parking at the hotel is provided in an underground, automated, and covered facility. It is available to guests with valet assistance during designated hours, at an additional cost and upon availability. In the event of a technical malfunction, access to vehicles may be delayed until the issue has been resolved. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.
Bridal/groom preparations, and any wedding-related arrangements, including but not limited to external vendors and photography, are not permitted without prior booking of a designated preparation package and the corresponding room type.
Without such a package and/or prior coordination with the hotel, preparations and photography will not be allowed on the premises.
Late check-out beyond the check-out time stated in the booking confirmation will be permitted, subject to room availability, hotel approval, and an additional fee. היינו שמחים לספא שכולל גם ג'קוזי...ועדיף שהחנייה תיכלל במחיר ולא בנפרד.
מעבר לזה היה מדהים
הגענו 2 אחיות ללילה לחגוג 40 ונהננו מכל רגע, המלון יפייפה ומעל הכל חווית שירות נהדרת. רותי שקיבלה אותנו ונתנה יחס אישי לאורך כל השהייה היתה מאירת פנים. איתן המלצר בארוחת בוקר שחיכה ליד השולחן שלנו עם הקפה כדי שהציפורים לא יקחו את העוגיות עד שסיימנו למלא צלחות בבופה היה מקסים. תודה על חויה נהדרת .

השירות היה מעל ומעבר , קיבלו אותנו בצורה הכי טובה שיש מהחנייה ועד לסיום בנוסף שידרגו אותנו לחדר סוויטה שהיה גדול מרווח ונקי מאוד .
דניאל איש השירות היה באמת הדבר הכי טוב שפגשנו דאג לנו להכל וגרם לנו לחופשה טובה מאוד.

Is my second time visiting the hotel this year. Everything is as supposed to be.perfect.from the staff to the managers. Never asked something and not be done in a few minutes.is one of the best hotels I ever visited.i totally recommend it
