横浜駅 きた東口A から行ったら近いです。ファミマも近くにあるし、朝食付きでは、なかったのですが、PRONTO 500円位で食べられました
Kアリーナへも徒歩圏内
聞いたら行き方の案内の紙をいただきました
室内も綺麗だし言うことありません
ただ、当日予約が安いのを見つけてしまい残念でした。なので、☆4つにしました

線路沿いなので電車の音は意外と大きい。
ただ、その分、駅に近いので私は気にしなかったが、気になる方もいるかも。

窓が閉め切っていなかったらしく、冷たい隙間風が…。車など騒音が少し気になりましたが、kアリーナに行かれる方は徒歩20分弱でとても良いと思います。寝泊まりだけならおすすめです。

出張用にコスパ良し
Pros:

シンプルで必要最低限だが、全体的に清潔で値段もリーズナブルで出張で寝るためにはちょうどよかった。
枕が一個だけだったのでもう一個あると嬉しかった。
みなとみらい方面出るのにも少し複雑だが、慣れれば10分以内で横浜駅含め歩いて回れる。
