O hotel está em condições ruins, o ar condicionado é de baixa qualidade.
O banheiro tivemos problemas pois a descarga parou e o funcionário que nos atendeu era muito mal treinado.

Tudo de baixa qualidade.

Funcionários sem simpatia e nenhuma empatia.
Trocamos de quarto duas vezes.
