Our family had a relaxing and wonderful visit. Highly recommend.
Pros:

I enjoyed the cleanliness, beautiful decor, and ambiance of the lobby area. Room was clean and spacious enough for 4 adults and all of our luggage. Breakfast was very good and well stocked with a wonderful variety of breakfast items both hot and cold. Your breakfast staff was polite, professional, and quiet. The breakfast staff was attentive to our needs. Eating/lounge area was clean and table set up was a nice touch. Lit firepit and seating area lent a relaxing and inviting feel.

Cons:

At check in, front desk receptionist did not notice I had purchased the room with breakfast. She neglected to provide the vouchers for both mornings. On departure morning, I was disappointed the breakfast layout was not ready promptly at 7am. This affected our timeline for traveling. In addition, the countertop on which the juices, cereals, and yogurt were to be placed upon had not been wiped down from the day before. Finally, as lovely as the bathroom was in our room, it would've been more efficient if the shower glass doors were frosted to provide some privacy and allow another person to use the sink at the same time.

Pros:

Friendly staff great location. Room was clean and roomy. Restaurant had good food and excellent service. The location was perfect, lots of restaurants and convenient for traveling. They accommodated my two grandchildren for a sleepover.

Cons:

Pool was suppose to be heated but rather chilly.

Terrible experience, massive roach in our room, unhelpful and rude staff when we reported issue.
Pros:

The hotel was central to a lot of restaurants, shops and the wedding venue we were attending.

Cons:

There was a HUGE roach in our room when we got back from the wedding we were in town for. It made us so uncomfortable we no longer wanted to stay in the room initially assigned to us and went to the concierge desk about our concerns. We were met with a very nonchalant attitude as if the pest in our room was not a big deal and there was nothing that could be done to make us more comfortable. We were denied another room as the entire hotel “was booked” and then were told we could not get a refund for our one night stay repeatedly. It felt as though we had to BEG for a refund for the dirty hotel room we were provided. We did not enjoy our experience here at all and will absolutely not be returning here!!! This is the first time we have ever felt the need to leave a hotel and drive all the way back home late at night due to lack on cleanliness!
