Pros:

Friendly staff great location. Room was clean and roomy. Restaurant had good food and excellent service. The location was perfect, lots of restaurants and convenient for traveling. They accommodated my two grandchildren for a sleepover.

Cons:

Pool was suppose to be heated but rather chilly.

Terrible experience, massive roach in our room, unhelpful and rude staff when we reported issue.
Pros:

The hotel was central to a lot of restaurants, shops and the wedding venue we were attending.

Cons:

There was a HUGE roach in our room when we got back from the wedding we were in town for. It made us so uncomfortable we no longer wanted to stay in the room initially assigned to us and went to the concierge desk about our concerns. We were met with a very nonchalant attitude as if the pest in our room was not a big deal and there was nothing that could be done to make us more comfortable. We were denied another room as the entire hotel “was booked” and then were told we could not get a refund for our one night stay repeatedly. It felt as though we had to BEG for a refund for the dirty hotel room we were provided. We did not enjoy our experience here at all and will absolutely not be returning here!!! This is the first time we have ever felt the need to leave a hotel and drive all the way back home late at night due to lack on cleanliness!

Nice property. Great staff. Breakfast is a bit better than most mid range hotels.
Pros:

Staff was excellent. Very friendly and hospitable. Room was nice, very comfortable. Loved the arm chair with ottoman and side table. Bed comfortable.

Cons:

Price was high, in my opinion. Did appreciate the better than average breakfast. Coffee had gone cold though in the dispenser.
