Awful service from the hotel receptionist
Pros:

The reception was so awful and charged me extra payment though it is clearly stated that I have already paid my taxes . The receptionist even refused to inform me about the breakfast meal which is included in the room booking

The location is great as it is Near the metro station and shopping area. A new gift shop just newly opened along the hotel walkway.

-. 담배냄새에 찌든 객실 (금연실로 바꿨는데도 ...)

Pros:

Second time stay in this hotel, good value of money.

Premium location, it is the first building you reach after you come out of the metro station, supermarkets, restaurants, shops around, easy living and shopping.

Facility is a little bid old, but well maintained, room is clean and staff is friendly.

Pros:

建物も古く室内の設備もメンテナンスが行き届いていない。料金はドバイのホテルの中でも安いほうだが、それでも割り高。レセプション・スタッフも朝食の案内や支払いなど行き届かない点も多かった。深夜2時過ぎまでカラオケ（？）などの爆音で悩まされた。

Great location. But a bit squeazy for family.
Also got some pubs and resto on mezzanine floor which at night become busy and noisy.

Pros:

Very close to Metro Station is good.

I didn't like the customer service. On the other hand, there is a night club inside de hotel, the customers should know this.
