El servicio es EXCELENTE especialmente el Sr Hernán y Gael. Realmente increíbles.
El problema fue que hubo goteras que me caían directo a la cara en toda el área de la cama. Llamé a la recepción y me mandaron a Hernán para ayudarme pero no quisieron aceptar responsabilizarse ni reembolsarme ni bajarme la tarifa. Una pena, no volveré. Y una lástima por que el personal es EL MEJOR!

Me gustó mucho la decoración del hotel, está muy limpio y minimalista. Los cuartos se controlan desde el celular, el abrir y cerrar la puerta, prender las luces, poner música, prender y apagar la tele. Fue un poco tardado prender la tele y poner música ya que no se conectaba al cuarto, pero ese fue el único problema que tuvimos. La tina está muy cómoda y limpia te dan sales de baño. Las camas están un poco duras y no tan cómodas.
El desayuno que incluye es básico pero rico. La atención de la gente de recepción es excelente.

Staff was great, the room that I stayed at definitely needs some improvements but overall it was nice. Keep in my that since CDMX has a chill/cool weather there’s no AC, there’s a portable fan next to the bed and that’s it.

El lugar muy lindo y tranquilo, ideal para descansar o relajarse solo o en pareja. El desayuno muy buena calidad y cantidad. Los empleados con un excelente servicio y amabilidad.

Como cualquier otra no ofrece nada especial.

Small boutique hotel nice area very friendly staff

No le gustó porque es caro para lo que recibes, la habitación muy bonita, pero muy chica y lo peor sin aire acondicionado, además solo puedas abrir la puerta con un app y eso no facilita nada.

No había aire acondicionado y el cuarto era un horno, las ventanas dan dentro del mismo hotel y el aire no circula

Amazing staff and facility. Massages are typical nice but not mind blowing, however I had a 9/10 experience because she added a little stretching. It randomly started to rain, it provided such an ambience.

Only downside was the rooms was little hotter than I would've prefered but most buildings don't have central air in cdmx so it wasn't a huge deal and it's mentioned in description so there was no deception, just my preference.

Arredo sostenibile. Atmosfera molto intima e discreta. Gentilezza del personale. App per la gestione della stanza, musica inclusa, facile da usare.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. However, the room got extremely hot at night, and even with the fan, pushing the air onto the balcony it was hard to control the temperature.
Otherwise, the staff were fantastic overall. The beds were comfortable and the washrooms and the showers were clean and modern.

The place was really nice and super clean. The staff was extremely helpful. The only thing that sucks is there’s no air-conditioning.

Muy agradable la bienvenida y el hotel en general pero nuestra cama estuvo muy dura y la regadera se rompió.

We booked a 6 night stay for a vacation in CDMX and had a horrible time at this hotel. There is no privacy - the windows open up to the lobby/guest areas, and also can see into another room if the blinds are raised. Our bathroom was connected to another bathroom through a balcony! So you had to keep it locked at all times. There was no air conditioning - our room was typically 10-20 degrees hotter than outside - if you opened the windows/ bathroom balcony door for air - you hear the lobby sounds and lights, making it hard to sleep and have to fear someone coming in from the other room. So physically the rooms aren't setup to meet basic hotel standards.

The service wasn't great either. Room has opened containers in the refrigerator when we got here. The safe didn't work - didn't have batteries. The only fan in the room had a water cooling feature - but when you turned it on, gross black water came out - looks like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. We asked for an iron - and they brought one but no ironing board.

We ultimately booked another hotel after one night - and they were only willing to give us a one night refund.
