It was okay.
Pros:

For the amount of money it took to book the room, it was not of worth. It was very raggedy! The commode seat was damaged and needed to be replaced. The outer room of the suite was hot and muggy. The air condition unit, out there, was missing nobs. We had to call staff up to mess with it, with a tool, to get the air to come on. Only a few minutes after the staff left, it turned off and it was just plain hot!

Cons:

I let it be known that the soap and hair conditioner holders and the item itself was torn up in the bathroom, had come off the wall. It was never fixed. I was just told by the staff receptionist that it would be noted that it was previously in that condition, on our booked paperwork. No one came to try to fix it or anything. So, we had to stay aleart. Because one had already come apare and at the base of the tub, the 2nd one abruptly fell. Therefore, it was uncomfortable in bathing and having to keep a watch to see if the third one would possibly disengage itself and injure us in someway.

You can find better value elsewhere without the bugs

Breakfast was terrible! Decided to go to nearby Rodeo Cafe’ instead. Staff was medicocre and I had to ask for a vaccum to clean my own room. The hotel is covered in ants and insects met me on my bed including the infamous kissing bug. I will never pick this hotel again. I was moved three times.

Comfortable stay with my family
Pros:

The location, the amenities etc. The staff was helpful. Especially the breakfast room lady named Dolce, she was so sweet.

Cons:

The beds are too high, we had to use a foot stool to get on the bed. This really needs to be addressed for people who are short by American standards. Not enough towels in the bathroom.

Breakfast with Duice at the Residence Inn!
Pros:

The breakfasts here are great and Duice makes sure you have what you want. She really makes you feel at home. 💕👍🏻We are staying here because our house flooded and it is nice to have a warm breakfast everyday! Thanks again Duice!

My family was evacuated from the Altadena Fires and moved several times before we landed at the Residence Inn with 2 dogs, exhausted and fear of the coming days. I could not be more grateful or say "thank you" enough to the patient and accommodating staff. The staff consistently met and exceeded all of my family's needs, going above and beyond duty to make us comfortable and happy in a trying and difficult time for 8 months. As you can imagine we needed to feel somewhat "home" and Residence Inn in Rancho Cucamonga delivered. The hotel is newer, very well layed out property with accomodations to met each family members needs. Spacious gym, pool, entertainment area and basketball court. The hotel is very clean and clearly the maid service & maintenance team are well organized and thoughtful. The Residence Inn in Rancho Cucamonga became our second home. We cannot be more grateful to the generous and patient staff. Thank you all for your support and assistance in everything.
