Our stay was fantastic! The continental breakfast was the best one I've ever seen! They had board games, pool toys, a fireplace, a nice size pool, a jacuzzi, a basketball court, a well appointed 24 hour fitness center, and a nice dining area. Our room had a kitchenette, which included a two-burner stove, a small dishwasher, a full size refrigerator, a microwave, a two slice toaster, and a one cup coffee maker, and included dishes, pans, kitchen towels, dishwashing supplies, and cooking utensils, such as measuring cups, spoons, ice cube trays, and spatulas. There were also smaller amenities such as salt & pepper and coffee. We didn't need to bring anything, except for food, which we didn't even need for breakfast. Any requests we made to housekeeping or matinence were quickly fulfilled. The room was clean and looked recently updated. We stayed in the one bedroom suite with two queen beds, a sofa bed, and a kitchenette. Stephanie at the check in desk was especially great and was kind to my kids. Overall, we had a great stay and I would definitely stay here again.

We came here for a Friday night stay and enjoyed the hotel. Our only problem is major construction right next door. The hotel offers everything you would need, but I think we'll avoid it for a couple of years as they are building a giant hospital or something right across the street.

Our stay at this hotel was outstanding from start to finish. The property is very clean, highly modern, and situated in a great location.
The customer service at both check-in and check-out was superb. In particular, Michelle at the front desk completed our check-out journey flawlessly and truly stood out.
We would most definitely come back again.

I would like to especially thank and commend Brittany for her help and outstanding customer service. I had called the day before our arrival with a complicated reservation problem that Brittany understood immediately and fixed within 30 seconds. When we arrived, she greeted our entire family warmly and always had a kind word for us whenever we passed through the lobby. Brittany made us feel like valued guests and also brightened our days here!

My only complaints are that the beds are way too high and difficult for elderly grandparents and short people like me. Also, the shower faucets are very hard to open and close.

This was such a nice and clean hotel. We got one of the king suite rooms and it was very nice. They switched up the breakfast every morning which was very nice when staying more than one night. The pool area was so nice. The kids swam for hours while we sat at the tables and visited. The firepit area and bbq area was very nice as well we didn’t use it but saw a large party enjoying the space and it looked great. The highlight of the trip was how friendly the staff was. By far the nicest staff we’ve encountered at a hotel in a very long time! Everyone we interacted with from front desk staff, to the cleaning ladies, and the ladies working the kitchen, they were all so nice. It made the experience even more enjoyable.

Came for a cheer competition and this place was perfect! Clean rooms, great customer service, plenty of options for breakfast, and many activities for the kids to do. We will book here again.

My stay here was great. The front desk was very helpful, especially Brittany. She helped me through out my stay and made sure I was comfortable.

Staff is friendly, it is clean and lots of recreation activities including pool, hot tub, gym, basketball courts, outdoor bbq area
