Aloft Delray Beach

Clean. Modern and mature. Quiet everywhere, rooms hallways elevators and don’t even get me started on the customer service. Amazing my check out time was extended for free with just a question. What an amazing experience.

This hotel is fantastic. Close to downtown and walkable to everywhere. We met both the FB Manager, she was great and Fara at the pool bar also, who literally had us having the best pool day ever. She was the best. Honestly we are already looking for a reason to come back to DelRey and stay here again

We spent a nite here paid for by Delta Airlines after our flight was overbooked. It’s a cute place with a decent restaurant and bar in the lobby. We found the room to be clean and comfortable. No complaints.

There was no complimentary breakfast, but on booking.com they led me to believe that there was. The hotel however took care of me because booking.com did not reallly represent themselves the right way.

From the minute I arrived service was amazing!! Alison helped us at the desk and was great! She made it super easy to get checked in and made sure our stay was everything and more! We spent some time at the lobby bar for happy hour, service was great. Staff were very friendly. Location was perfect. Right by the ave, had no trouble walking to near by restaurants/bars! Will definitely be back!!

I always stay here whenever I’m in palm beach county visiting family. I like this hotel because it’s not moldy and I’m sensitive to mold. Finding a hotel in Florida that doesn’t hit you with a musty stench when walking in the door is not easy. However I think I might switch to the Courtyard Marriott around the block the next time I’m out here because the temperature and air conditioning in the rooms is just so inconsistent. It’s either too hot or blowing arctic air on you. Some of the rooms have the AC unit right adjacent to one of the beds so it can get really uncomfortably cold but the alternative is waking up in the middle of the night hot. I just really don’t like that. Other than that the beds are comfortable, parking is good, staff are nice. Breakfast is meh but it’s fine for what you pay. It’s a good hotel but they really need to fix their AC system because it just doesn’t do the job.

The airconditioners go off if no one is in the room and the room was warm upon arriving from going out

My wife and I stayed at the Aloft Delray Beach for five nights over New Years Eve. We had an issue with our room (too close to the fitness center) and Mr. Jabbour went out of his way to fix things for us. He is a totally hands on General Manager. The property is wonderful, great pool area, pool bar and Libby bar are very active and fun. We received excellent service from Farrah at both bars. The location is outstanding! We walked everywhere! We are going back at the end of February and we can’t wait. This will be our go to hotel on every trip to Delray Beach!

Stay far away from any Alofts . This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed at an Aloft all awful. You can hear your neighbors. We tried to check in early NOPE . So we went to the pool ., we were told if we wait an hour or so we could be upgraded to a suite w our status We are Platinum Elite . We were giving a tiny room ..well at least my flowers were there waiting in this small cramped room . It was our anniversary! To say the least I knew our anniversary was totally ruined . THEN Our dinner was canceled because we showed up late ..due to the waiting of room . The pool was nice but pool bar isn’t opened during the week ! Come on seriously! We wanted lunch but ANOTHER NO. However the staff was nice . It’s just a basic hotel don’t expect anything nice .
After Thank you again Marriott they put us in a fairly new Courtyard Marriott down the road the next morning at 10am not 4 pm like Aloft . Gorgeous rooftop pool ! Gorgeous room ! It’s a gorgeous hotel!
