Çalışanlarının anlayışlı ve çözüm odaklı oluşları çok güzel. İhtiyaçlarımızın karşılanması adına gösterdikleri çabayı çok takdir ettim. Otelin konumu iyi ve benimsedikleri hizmet anlayışları olağan üstüydü. Resepsiyonistlerin ilgi ve alakaları seni gerçekten özel biri hissettiriyor. Kesinlikle tavsiye edeceğim bir otel ve bir sonraki Tekirdağ konaklamamı yine bu otelde gerçekleştireceğim.

Großes, helles und sehr sauberes Zimmer mit Balkon.
Kein Lärm, sehr ruhig. Bequemes, großes Bett.
Das gesamte Personal war sehr liebenswürdig und freundlich, wir fühlten uns sofort sehr willkommen an der Rezeption.
Frühstück auf der Terasse war sehr reichhaltig und gut. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin dort.

Excellent service.
Pros:

Excellent service , helped us greatly. Our bag were lost on arrival to Istanbul and the lady at the front desk helped us greatly by going above and beyond to even order us necessities from the local courier delivery service. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful . Breakfast Buffett and terrace were top notch .
