Aloft Dubai South

This is our second time at Aloft Dubai South. We are traveling with our toddler, and have to say every single person who works here has been wonderful. Super helpful, kind and professional.( I wish I could say everyone’s name but I won’t have enough space, but I would like to give the entire team a huge recognition for their never ending hard work and high quality service they provide.) From front desk to housekeeping, security, restaurant staff, chefs, shuttle drivers and many more who I know work behind the scenes that maybe we don’t meet face to face.
We have stayed in the past at different hotels in this area, but Aloft has been a standout amongst the others when it comes to your staff members & how they treat guests.
Rooms are comfortable, baby cot is very comfortable, the shuttle service is fantastic to the nearby shopping center. Breakfast has a good range and high quality ingredients. We love having dinner here as the food is very delicious every time.

My stay at Aloft Dubai South was outstanding, not because of the official rating, but because of the incredible staff. The service from every member of the team was truly exceptional Special mentioned Francis, Rian, Mr. Sheriff and all frontdesk officers, Mr. Hamza who assisted me from Aug17 till Oct 1. and Sherine & Jane of F&B our ever smiling face Security Ate from Philippines and all security guards and last but not the list Room attendant Rahul, Arman and the rest of the gang feeling more like a 7-star experience than a 4-star stay. Their consistently warm attitudes, proactive assistance, and the overall dedication to making guests feel welcome and comfortable were far beyond expectations. This level of professionalism and genuine hospitality is what truly made our experience special and memorable.
Truly humbling to know such dedicated people.

I have a great time here at Aloft hotel because of a receptionist named “Rian”. He’s very nice, helpful and full of the service mind from his heart.

Service is impeccable: attendants are attentive and genuinely happy. Rooms are clean, spacious and Always tended to. Meals are very well done kudos to reception team and the servers who work at Nook. It's home away from home. I definitely recommend.

I visited this hotel at last minute, checked in early hours, added a 2nd night, wanted something printing,needed a late check out and shuttle to the airport. Due to the circumstances I was a problematic guest, but was so pleased with how the hotel handled everything. Every member of staff I came into contact with had amazing customer service skills. The breakfast team were fantastic. My quick visit to Dubai was made so much easier. Very pleased I chose this hotel. Thank you to all the team

Our family went to aloft dubai south for lunch. I had a delicious meal plus amazing staff in restaurant. Specially thank you to Ms. Jemeca waitress and Mr. Azar manager for treat us well. I recommend this hotel for best meals any time. As well all staff was great.

I Booked this hotel through the Marriott BonVoy app. It was a prepayed offer. The night I was about to go to the hotel with my son, monday the 30th of December they had cancelled the room in late afternoon and claimed that my credit card was rejecting the payment despite the fact that the amount was already reserved and I got a email about online check In. On top of that I have no problems with my credit card.

When I called the hotel they said that it was fully booked now. To put a family like that in such a bad situation because of greed makes me wonder if this hotel really have the right qualifications to represent the Marriott chain.

I will report Donald Duck & Co to the Marriott chain head office.

Cleanliness and customer service

I love Nook restaurant- the pastas, hummus and nearly everything. Best part if that it is never crowded as it is secluded.

Stayed at the hotel once, its fine and well maintained.

The best part is that Nook delivers to our place and I have ordered multiple times my favorite pasta. Wish there was some sort of membership or something to benefit more.

The best hotel in the city. Everything is perfect, the room, the atmosphere, the staff. I would like to thank Mr. Sherif for being so friendly, helpful and supportive. He is a role model for all the frontline workers. I enjoyed my stay there. Highly recommended 😎🤚🏼
