Good

We loved the room. Although small, they have top notch details like the shower, which is maybe the best I’ve used. The staff was friendly and attentive to non-French speakers. The hotel itself is very attractive and smells great, a very nice touch that leaves a great impression.

Staff had minimal interest in the needs of the customers other than collecting a relatively high fee . . 5 star rating requires a complete commitment?!

Amazing service great hotel

After spending 7 nights, we strongly encourage you to avoid this hotel. Detailed review on google: (1) wife often travels with teddy bear that deceased family member (who loved to travel) gave her (perhaps odd but high sentimental value); (2) item goes missing from our room; (3) we tell reception, they promise to check with housekeeping and check laundry room right away; (4) next morning, they hadn’t checked but again promised to do so; (5) eventually checked, said it was not there and said it may have been sent to offsite laundry facility (very frustrating b/c they could have checked hotel right away to avoid it being sent offsite); (6) next day, told us that hotel *emailed* laundry facility (no response) but had not called them; (7) told them they need to take this seriously, to *call* the facility and for management to call us ASAP – they promised to do so and said they would “make it right” if they can’t find item; (8) checked out next morning, told no update but would call us ASAP; (9) 3 days later, no call or email so we emailed hotel; (10) 2 days later, hotel says facility did not have our item, apologized and to let them know if they can do anything to fix this; (11) we asked for discount (offered to repay it if our item was ever found); (12) 10 days later, completely ignoring us and management has never contacted us. Many other issues with room/hotel, but items being taken from our room and hotel not caring and now ignoring us is unacceptable.

Stunning hotel which would be perfect if they invested some money in bedding. The bedding was truly awful, especially the pillows. I’m assuming they were the cheapest options available. They need to be replaced.

Great location. Perfect to get around. Room was small but very clean and ornate. Would stay here again.

We stayed in one of the larger suites and everything was wonderful.

Clean rooms, great staff, excellent location, we received a wonderful upgrade to our room which came with a balcony. The balcony was amazing and we used it each day.

Excellent location!

We were on the lowest floor for sleeping rooms, floor #1 and faced the street so it was often noisy at night outside of our room. We could not hear guests in other rooms, however!

This hotel is located a really fun neighborhood: cafes, shops, chocolatiers, well to many of the city highlights. Too bad it was at the end of our stay in Paris, as we did not get to enjoy everything to offer. Whoever their designer is: chef’s kiss!! When in Paris I will stay again!

Wonderful Paris boutique hotel in the heart of everything! Only here for 1 night and really enjoyed the top notch service and beautiful hotel.

lovely small hotel with spacious rooms in Marais lively center of Paris. good breakfast. close to every place in the Marais and not far from Cetre Pompidou, and Notre Damm.

Great location in the Marais - lots of dining options and shopping nearby. Walkable to Notre Dame as well. The room was very cozy with lots of artsy touches and mirrors throughout without being gaudy. The mattress was super comfortable. All of the rooms have ladies names which was a unique touch as well. Very attentive service from the reception staff. Overall we loved our stay here and would love to return sometime.
