Trang An Valley Bungalow

C'est joli, mais quand il pleut, la piscine n'a aucun intérêt :(
Le petit dejeuner n'était pas un buffet mais un choix... Au final j'ai eu 2 pancakes, c'était un peu léger.

What a wonderful property! The family is soooo lovely. Great service, friendly and helpful. The property is gorgeous, the bungalows are clean with a comfortable bed, and the food was delicious. They also helped us with booking of driver to explore the area.

The property is nice but, the area is beautiful. There isnt much to choose from in the way of food or services which is part of the appeal.

if you haven't a motorbike your limited to where you can go.

This hotel was pretty decent value for your money but we definitely felt like the pictures online were not a true representation of the accommodation. We rented both bicycles and motorbikes from the hotel and had issues with both. In fact, they failed to Communicate with us that when the fuel tank registered half that actually meant empty. We want the server one morning drop a piece of bread on the floor and pick it up and serve it to another guest. The coffee cups in our bedroom we are merely just washed in the sink with running water. No soap involved. With the current coronavirus epidemic, you would think that Higher standards and cleanliness would be important to them. Doesn’t seem to be the case. Overall, I cannot get this hotel a stellar rating. It was a bit of a disappointment.We We did like the location of it as It was quiet and serene but yet still close enough to ride bikes places if you put in the effort.

Really beautiful backdrop for the hotel and the rooms were very clean. The beds were very hard, but otherwise the stay was nice. The staff was very helpful in ordering transportation.

There were rats in the room and one bit my ankle at night. I know that sounds like this place is horrible, but otherwise we quite liked it.

De ligging was super! Zwembad erbij! Personeel geen goed engels, maar we werden steeds goed geholpen met een grote glimlach!

What a beautiful place! The bungalows were clean and unique since they are attached to the cliffs. They are not made for hanging out but the purpose of being in such a magical place is to explore anyway! The food is good without being excellent-- overall a great choice if one wants to explore and return for a lovely swim in the pool.

Beautiful location. Serene and peaceful. Room was clean and simple. Nice pool to come to after hot day of touring.

The view in and around the property and the peacefulness of the setting are what make this facility so great! The bathrooms are interesting being set into the rock face.

Nice no frills bungalows in a beautiful setting. The restaurant has many affordable lunch and tasty dinner options (95k chicken curry! And our favorite 60k clay pot clams!) as well as fancier options for 400k.

Pool did not look swimmable. Maybe a filter needs to be installed? Check in process was bad as they lost our reservation and they said they only work with Expedia not Orbitz. Room was ok, the roof was leaking limestone on the bed. Hot water was a scarcity here. The gentleman working the front desk was very nice to us our whole stay.

Laid back and friendly place with a nice family feeling to it. No luxury but the bungalows are clean and nicely located just below the cliffs in a tranquil area. Perfect for exploring by bicycle or motorbike, close to the Trang An boat tour and Hang Mua viewpoint. If we hadn’t already made other plans we would happily stayed longer!

Highly recommend staying here. The area is beautiful and quiet, being set back from main roads. The rooms were clean and comfortable, one of the more comfortable beds on our Vietnam travels. Staff were really friendly and happy. They were also happy to help us with all our requests. We hired bikes from the hotel which was a great way to see the area. The food at the restaurant was tasty and well priced. Overall we had a great experience!
