一スタッフのせいで、滞在が不愉快に。
Pros:

朝食がいろいろあってよかった。6時半に会場に行きましたが、既にたくさんの人が会場にいました。流れがスムーズで込み合うことがなかったし、常に食事を補充してくれてスタッフの皆さんも感じがよかった。

Cons:

夜に二人分の化粧品アメニティを数えながら取っていたら、スタッフの方にじーっと見つめられ、「おひとり様分でお願いします」と言われた。大量にわしづかみで取っていたわけでもないのに、悪いことをしているような気分にさせられ、非常に不快な気分にさせられた。「二人分です」と言ったら、（そもそも、なぜそんなことを説明しなければならないのでしょうか？）「失礼いたしました」と返ってきましたが、最初に別の言い方がのあったのではないでしょうか？スタッフの方の（再）教育を希望します。

利便性のために泊まるには十分
Pros:

午前中の飛行機だったので、成田に前乗りするために利用しました。空港へはバスで20分程度でした。今回はスペシャルオファーの6000円台でバラエティに富んだ朝食も食べられて大満足です。

Cons:

部屋がさすがに少し狭いです。どうにかスーツケースが開けられる、という感じでした。しかし、前乗りで泊まるだけなら特に問題ないと思います。
