It was comfortable and good.
Pros:

I chose this hotel because my flight was leaving from Narita Airport, and it is close to the airport. There is a free shuttle bus every 30 minutes from the hotel to the airport and from the airport to the hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable. It had many things you might need during your stay. Free breakfast was included. There is also a Lawson convenience store on the ground floor of the hotel where you can buy snacks and anything else you need.

There was no bottled water in the room, so you need to buy water from the store. The staff were very friendly and kind.

Pros:

Great for an overnight stay close to Narita airport. Free shuttle bus from and to the airport. Self check-in with the machine, didn't have to speak any staff. .The bed was quite hard, the pillows a Japanese pillow with plastic straw filling on one side and normal on the other side.The shower had very good water pressure. I had a good night sleep. Also comes with free breakfast.Lawson is downstairs, inside the same building, very convenient.

The bed could be slightly softer

朝食が美味しく、朝食スタッフの笑顔と対応がとても良い。シャトルバスが便利。

併設のコンビニが狭すぎる。混雑時だったので、ゆっくり選ぶことができなかった。

Pros:

The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was nice, and the free shuttle bus to and from the airport was our biggest factor in booking this hotel.
