朝食サービスがありがたかったです
Pros:

フライトの前泊として利用しました。成田空港から無料送迎バスを使い、ホテルに行きました。無料送迎バスがあるのは、とても便利で助かります。チェックインは自動のため、行列は長かったですが、すぐに列は進みました。

今回２回目の利用でしたが、部屋は前回とは異なった造りでした。清潔で、アメニティも揃っています。

前回は利用していなかった5:30-6:30の早朝朝食を利用しました。カレー、数種類のパン、サラダ、ヨーグルトがあります。かなり早い時間に朝食を提供いていただいていて、とても有難かったです。たくさんの方が食事を楽しんでいました。

Cons:

部屋のテレビがエラーを起こしていました。夜は何とか見れたのですが、翌朝はエラー表示のみ映し出され、テレビを見ることができませんでした。

トランクを開くスペースが限られており、出口付近で開きました。7泊などで使う大き目のトランクの場合は開くのが大変かと思います。

6時台の無料送迎バスを利用しました。バス内の暖房が効いておらず、かなり寒かったです。また、バスは通路挟んだ２列のバスではなく、公共バスのような内装になっていたのですが、トランク置き場にターミナルごとにおいていただいていたはずが、事前に伝えたターミナルと異なるターミナルで降ろされそうになりました。

安いけど大変満足。
Pros:

必要なものが最低限だがしっかり揃っている。環境に対する意識が高い。外国人がたくさん利用して混んでいるけど、上手にロボットを使ってストレスフリーな宿泊体験を提供できていること。

Cons:

前泊するために成田に向かったのですが、ホテルまでのアクセス情報に事前に辿り着きにくかった。空港まで行ってインフォメーションセンターできいたらやっと空港からのバス乗り場やバスの時刻表がわかって安心した。
あと、強いて言うなら部屋が狭いが、他の全てが満足してなので、仕方ないと我慢できる。

Great place if you need proximity and convenience to NRT due to your flight times.
Pros:

Proximity to NRT and free shuttle service.

Cons:

Bed was too firm. Perhaps carpet not deep cleaned in a while as I woke up with a stuffy nose and that usually means dust allergies for me.

I would not stay here again
Pros:

location is good and the airport shuttle is very convenient.

Cons:

My room is too small! Not sure how their self-checkin machine is assigning rooms because my friend (one person) got a huge room double beds but we got a super small room with two twin beds.

Also the hotel staff are not good at English makes communication hard.

値段の割には朝食もついているし、無料送迎バスもあり、満足している。

ホテル―成田空港間のバスの便が多かった。

Cons:

最近はチェックインやチェックアウトが自動になっているホテルが多いので、年配者で初めての利用の時は戸惑うことがある。

過境可以，但下次會選擇其他飯店

訂2間房都要輸入房客資料，機器操作入住不方便，櫃檯人員也不會幫忙，平白花不少時間.
