Pros:

The price couldn't be beat. Free breakfast was good, helpful staff and bus shuttle was great. Appreciated the pajamas.

Airport terminals friendly stay.
Pros:

Welcome, kind and friendly staff while serving breakfast. Excellent management by receptionist on-duty in self check-in despite full bus-load of guests on arrival. Free shuttle bus service. Breakfast has fresh veggies and local specialities like nato and sea weed.

Cons:

Lack of nearby convenient stores. Closest Aeon stores take at least half an hour of travelling (by shuttle bus and train service). No free drinking water bottles available in room at this price range.

Very uncomfortable stay. Go to the Tobu.
Pros:

The hotel was close to airport terminal, if you realised walking would have been faster than walking over to the other terminal then waiting for the shuttle bus.

Cons:

It was bad from the start really. The shuttle bus did not stop at the terminal we arrived at and it seemed to take for ever to walk over to the other terminal and then wait for the bus. On our return journey I had to go back to inquire about lost property and realised that the walk from our original terminal to the hotel was much faster.
We had to check in using these machines and it took us a few goes to work out we had to put capitals in to retrieve our booking reference. It would have been much easier after an 8 hour flight for a human to help us here but they seemed to not want to help. The room was super small which we expected for Japan, but the bed was so hard and uncomfortable, and the 'pillow; was made of this wood 'birds nest sort of material which was equally uncomfortable.
We got in about 7pm and then realised there was no restaurant to have some proper food, so we had to get that awful plastic microwave food from downstairs in the Lawson shop. Breakfast the next morning was pretty mediocre compared to all the other Narita airport hotels we have stayed at. The process for lost property issues was very difficult as we could not find an appropriate email address and I tried ringing and this was unsuccessful. In the end I went personally to the hotel at the end of our trip and the staff member I spoke to was not really helpful and it took awhile with google translate to figure out what I wanted and what was the outcome. I was unable to recover my headphones but that was totally my fault, it was just that the process was all a lot of hard work.
We have stayed in most of the Narita airport hotels and this by far is the worse. The Tobu just next door is so much better.

If you have an early flight out of narita, stay here.
Pros:

When I realized that the narita sky train didnt start until 7am and I needed to be at Narita by 6:30am I quickly found this hotel and boy was I happy. The lawsons, in the lobby even had good food.

Cons:

I walked for the airport to the hotel, could not figure out a shuttle. Took the shuttle back in the morning, that was great.

成田空港利用目的なら便利
Pros:

成田空港から無料バスが出ていたので便利でした。
周りにお店がないですが、ローソンがホテル内に入っていてちょっとした食べ物や飲み物など調達するのによかったです。

Cons:

朝５時からの朝食が長蛇の列でびっくりしました。
メニューはカレーとサラダとパンだけ。
チェックインが機械なので結構待たされました。
部屋の広さは可もなく不可もなく。
