The hotel was very close to the airport and the free shuttle bus was very convenient. The beds were too hard but the free breakfast made up for it. The staff were all friendly & helpful..

Decent condition and clean room.

Cons:

Far too hot, difficult to control temperature in room. Isolated location with only a Lawson store as an eating option other than breakfast. Rather Survey and unhelpful staff. The automated checking in system is pathetic. There's no clear indication of which of the two hotel blocks you are supposed to check in to and the automated checking is not designed with the customer in mind. Huge queues result.

Cozy and comfortable room, free shuttle bus from and to NRT airport, amazing free breakfast.

Cons:

It wasn’t very straightforward to find main breakfast dinning hall from the new building. Would be nice to have a few signs to direct people to the main dining hall.
