ولاشي ولايوجد تعاون من قبل المكان وتم اخذ المبلغ ولم استرده وعمل المدير تشك اوت ولم استلم المبلغ حتى الآن

الفرش متهالك والمكان غير نظيف وليس كم موضح في الصوره وللأسف تم التواصل مع بوكينق لاسترداد المبلغ ولم احصل عليه ولم اقيم في المكان سياسه المكان غير جيده وغرف لاتنفع للسكن الادمي

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und ästhetisch. Das Personal war unglaublich herzlich und familiär. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Essen war jeden Tag sehr lecker.

Cons:

1. Cleanliness & Hygiene Issues (Hygiene & Housekeeping)
1.1. Substandard Cleanliness: The rooms and towels provided were overall unclean and did not meet acceptable hospitality standards.
1.2. Unacceptable Food Safety Issue: Upon arrival, I found a previously used water bottle inside the mini-bar, which is a serious breach of hygiene regulations.
1.3. Neglected Maintenance:The mini-bar was never replenished or 1.4. renewed during my stay.
1.4. Severe Mosquito Infestation: There was a severe mosquito infestation throughout the property and inside the rooms, with no preventive measures or pest control provided by the hotel, making it extremely difficult to sleep or relax.
2. Room Comfort, Amenities & Maintenance
2.1. False Advertising / Misleading Photos: The actual condition and layout of the rooms do not match the photos displayed on the booking platform.
2.2. Malfunctioning Facilities (No AC):One of the booked rooms completely lacked functioning air conditioning, making the stay highly uncomfortable.
2.3. Poor Ventilation & Odor: The bathroom lacked proper external ventilation, leading to an extremely unpleasant and persistent odor inside the room.
2.4. Faulty Fixtures:Some room doors had locking defects and could not be closed or secured properly.
2.5. Inadequate Lighting: The room lighting was poorly designed, unrealistic, and caused eye strain.
3. Room Layout & Space Distribution
3.1. Restricted Space: One of the rooms was exceptionally small, leaving almost no space to move around comfortably.
3.2. Ill-designed Layout: The proportions were completely impractical, as the bathroom area was unnecessarily larger than the actual living/bedroom area.
4. Hotel Facilities & Amenities
4.1. Inadequate Elevator Capacity: The facility relies on a single, extremely small lift that cannot accommodate more than two adults at a time, causing major inconvenience.

Dinner and breakfast were amazing.
They upgradef our room and we had a fantastic balcony overlooking the ocean.
Staff were very accomodating with an early breakfast when we had to check out early.

Cons:

Shower was broken.

얄로바 해변에 가성비 높은 호텔을 찾는다면 여기입니다!
Pros:

얄로바 해변에 있어서 여유있게 머물면서 해변을 누리면 좋겠습니다.
날씨가 좋으면 해변쪽으로 바깥마당에서 머물 수 있으면 진짜 좋습니다.
객실은 상당히 크고 바다쪽으로 있습니다.
아침식사를 미리 준비해서 제공해주어 편리했습니다.
스탭들이 친절하게 많이 도와줬습니다.
3월달 약간 쌀쌀한 날씨에 라디에이터 난방을 켜줘서 포근했습니다.

Cons:

객실 일부는 리노베이션이 필요합니다.
화장실, 샤워 등의 부분도 업그레이드하면 좋겠습니다.
입구에서 프론트, 객실쪽 엘리베이터 등의 이동이 좀 복잡합니다.
주차를 호텔 앞 길가에 해야 합니다.
진입하는 부분의 길이 좁고 복잡해서 늦은시간 찾기 어렵습니다.

Pros:

All thanks to the staff were cooperative and friendly. It’s very lovely place beside the beach with a great breakfast compared to their reasonable price.

Cons:

It might needs some renovation it’s still wonderful place for a great value.

Pros:

Everything was great. The staff were super helpful. We were given one complimentary breakfast for duration of our stay( breakfast was not included in the rate).
First night we were given a room with panoramic view of the sea.

Cons:

Sheets would look better if they had been ironed.

Bel hôtel mais nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse sur la mer car tout avait été enlevé
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était quasiment le même tous les jours. Dommage que la machine à café a fonctionné seulement le premier et dernier jour de notre séjour. Ce n’était pas un buffet libre car nous étions servis par plateaux mais j’ai demandé à en avoir plus et la serveuse ne m’a jamais rien refusé 👍.

Cons:

Dans la chambre, il manque des lampes de chevet car l’éclairage de la chambre est très fort et surtout pas commandable du lit. Mettre deux verres ou gobelets plastique à la disposition des clients ne coûte rien ou pas grand chose. Pas de ménage ou de changement de serviettes pendant la durée de notre séjour 🤔🤔…….. peut-être fallait-Il le demander? On ne nous l’as pas proposé. Éclairage automatique de l’entrée dans la chambre est gênant pour celui qui dort quand on se lève la nuit pour aller aux toilettes.
