The staff is fabulous, they made sure my stay was comfortable. I recommend this place
The stove was unusable, the kitchen cabinet under the sink had a broken door held with a screw. The door would not lock, the place was moldy. The bathroom had a thick mold on the walls of the shower and the sink. We requested maintenance for the lock, they came attempted to fix the lock and failed to do so. A lady came in and applied heavy chemicals in the bathroom and she was not able to remove the mold.
Good place to stay
This is a honest review about our stay. Everything they offer or the pictures they show isn’t really what you see an is not worth you spending money on.
For example:
-Rotten/Rusted out microwave
-Porch door would not lock or shut fully
-Out of 3 acs, 1 did not work, 2 barely worked and in the high heat it’s horrible.
-THEY CHARGE YOU FOR ELECTRICITY YOU USE.
-On top of charging you for electricity the door would not shut or lock, ac air was escaping from all over the place with large cracks in the door. (how is that justified?)
-Can’t use the faucet water for brushing, an had no purified water for us or portable water for us, we had to buy our own water.
-Toilet paper has to get thrown in the trash can not be used in the toilet.
-Bathrooms smell horrible at all times.
-Construction all around and wakes you up early.
- staff is rude and gives you attitude when you complain, stating nothing else they can do.
-no privacy in the bathroom the window over looks the shower with no curtain or cover.
-bathroom was rusted out an moldy everywhere.
- area is not safe or secure they let anyone in even with security.
We will never come back , the online pictures an reviews is not really what is there. What they advertise is false.

Very good resort to stayin Puntacana. Great location, rooms are large, big pool
The bed sheets were dirty. I was woken up at 8am due to strong noise caused by construction work on the upper floor. I had a 5 hour flight and wanted to get sone sleep, it was impossible.
It was our first vacation in Punto Cana, we like it!

Location is wonderful
Please do not stay here!! It looks nothing like how they project it. I reserved the deluxe penthouse and I they tried to persuade me that the unit I was looking at was the same. I pulled out my phone and showed pictures and everything was different. I believe they took photos of someone’s vacation home and passed it off as their unit. Let’s start by talking about how dirty the property was. It was insects crawling in the bathroom. The pool was a murky green. The bathroom was just not useable. Our driver had problems finding the area then he said it was a remote bad area. It was so many sketchy people there. So we canceled our reservation and booked at the first resort we could find. It took an hour to get transportation and the manager kicked us off the property and wouldn’t let us wait for our ride. He said “the guest were concerned about us standing there.” It was 4 women with large suitcases, I can’t fathom how we were threat. The place is disgusting, just don’t stay there is you value your life.

The photos are very accurate and the description is very well done. Free of charge transportation from Puntacana airport was a nice surprise And its very convinient ! Cleaning and sanitation is very well done All the staff in masks and keep the distance

Much better then description and probably best area in punta cana
The condition of the Room was horrible I’m very disappointed and inaceptable do to my check in was at 2pm the room wasn’t ready and she make me wait to 3pm when I went to the room at 3pm the room wasn’t ready completely dirty. I took a video how terrible was. I requested to be transfer to another room they gave me a 2 room apartment when I paid for 3room I didn’t have no choice. But I don’t think this place should be open they not take control of sanitation do to coronavirus. I can say this place is nightmare.
