Pros:

Gefallen hat mir, dass die Bar am Abend gut besucht war, das ist nicht überall so.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum war beim ersten Frühstück am Samstag zu klein und man musste in die Galerie darüber ausweichen, wo auch Plätze vorgesehen sind, aber so richtig optimal ist das nicht!

Bin ein Gast der gerne wieder kommt!
Pros:

Das Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich, vorallem das Bett, selten so gut geschlafen. Vorallem ohne Rücken schmerzen aufstehen! Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut ein bisschen außerhalb der HafenCity aber mit Bus und Bahn alles sehr gut erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich auch sehr hilfsbereit!

Cons:

Was mir persönlich gefehlt hat, war der kleine Kühlschrank, manchmal trinkt man schon gern ein kaltes Getränk und der Safe für die persönlichen Gegenstände. Ich weiß nicht wie andere Zimmer ausgestattet sind aber in meinem war dieses nicht vorhanden.

Sauberes, modern eingerichtetes Hotel in guter Lage zwischen Hauptbahnhof und Hafencity. Würde ich sofort wieder buchen!

Netter, schneller Check in. Auf Wünsche wurde eingegangen.

Pros:

Die Lage war perfekt für einen Städterip. Die U4 war in beide Richtungen nur 3 Gehminuten weit weg. Zu Fuß waren sehr viele Museen und Sehenswürdigkeiten ohne viel Aufwand erreichbar.

Mit Rollstuhlfahrerin sehr gut und tolle Mitarbeiter
Pros:

Die Lage war toll und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Wir waren mit einer Rollstuhlfahrerin unterwegs; das barrierefreie Zimmer war sehr schön und praktisch. Die Dame beim sehr leckeren Frühstück hat uns mit tollen Tipps für unseren Städtetrip weitergeholfen. Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen!
