Kurzurlaub in Hamburg
Pros:

Gefallen hat uns die gute Lage zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Personal war sehr nett, zuvorkommend und immer fröhlich. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück. Die Zimmer waren sehr großzügig und sauber. Aufgrund der guten Klimaanlage waren die Zimmer auch bei hohen Aussenthemperaturen gut klimatisiert.

Cons:

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt mit sehr nettem Personal; fühlte mich sehr wohl; jederzeit gerne wieder.
Pros:

Zimmer:
Klimaanlage war leise und sanft, Fenster konnte man öffnen einen guten Spalt (10cm ca., das dürfte gerne auch etwas mehr sein.) Dusche super, Pflegemittel von Dove waren angenehm. Bett bequem, Matratzen empfand ich nicht zu weich und nicht zu hart. Zimmer hell und groß. Reinigung jeden 2. Tag fand ich super. Möchte man täglich eine Reinigung, kann man es der Reception mitteilen. Nachbarn habe ich nie gehört. Die Möwen sind halt etwas laut am Abend und Morgen früh; das hat mich nicht gestört, ist Natur. Bei geschlossenem Fenster war’s ruhig.
Frühstück:
Der Raum mit großen und hohen Fenstern sehr hell. Der Platz zwischen Buffet und den Tischen war etwas eng, aber mit etwas Rücksicht kommt man gut aneinander vorbei. Es hat von Allem mehr als genug. Sehr feines Rührei, frische Früchte und sonst alles was zu einem guten Frühstück gehört. Das Buffet sah immer sehr appetitlich aus, wurde immer aufgefüllt.
Lage:
gute Bus- und U-Bahnverbindungen. Bus 111, alle 20min, ca 17min bis Landungsbrücken, UBahn 4, alle 10min. ca. 7min bis Jungfernstieg; beides bis nach Mitternacht. Innenstadt und Landungsbrücken in 30min bis zu 1 Stunde zu Fuß gut erreichbar, zur Elphi ca 20min. Speicherstadt um die Ecke. Im Quartier war es ruhig; keine Hektik, Busse und UBahn nie voll, alles sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Zimmer: Fenster etwas mehr zum öffnen, Safe im Zimmer
Frühstück: im hinteren Teil bei der Kaffeemaschine auch Tee hinstellen
Die Sitzbänke sind eher etwas tief gehalten, saß lieber auf einem Stuhl.

Pros:

Everything was good,the location was great,nice staff

Cons:

It was a bit strange that the hotel only provided complimentary sparkling water ( not even still water)on the first day. For the rest of our stay, we had to pay even for bottled water. Considering the price of the hotel, I don’t think that’s appropriate. Also, there was no refrigerator in the room, which was quite inconvenient.

Schallisolierte und klimatisierte Zimmer, Frühstück von den Speisen toll, aber zu wenig Platz für alle Gäste so dass es etwas ungemütlich wirkt

Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist gut ausgestattet, das Frühstück reichhaltig. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut klimatisiert. Auch die Hotelbar hat uns gefallen.

Cons:

RezeptionistInnen könnten besser über Sehenswürdigkeiten Bescheid wissen.

Truly Exceptional
Pros:

Immaculately clean and well appointed bedroom, great gym facilities, exceptional breakfast and dining options. Great service and excellent location. This hotel for us was a standout during our 5 eeek trip across 5 countries and 14 cities. Well done Holiday Inn - Hamburg. We will be back!!

Man kann hier gar nichts falsch machen
Pros:

Tolle Ausstattung, sehr freundliches Personal, besonders gutes Frühstück.
Durch Stau hatten wir leider keine Zeit mehr, um essen zu gehen und haben deshalb den Zimmerservice in Anspruch genommen. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht von den wirklich lecker zubereiteten Sandwiches mit Pommes und den großen Portionen, die innerhalb einer viertel Stunde fertig waren. Sehr empfehlenswert! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Schöner Kurzurlaub
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut und der zugewiesene Platz war auch immer perfekt.
Direkt am Hafen war es nicht, aber gut mit Bus (direkt vorm Hotel) und auch zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Cons:

Getränkepreise im Hotel sind viel zu hoch für zwei 1/8 Hauswein €19,- ist ein sehr stolzer Preis!
Leider wurde die Couch auch nicht für unsere 2 Kids hergerichtet - wie sogar schriftlich bestätigt. Dies wurde gleich bei Ankunft erledigt - war aber lästig, da wir eh nach 22:00 Uhr erst im Hotel ankamen.
