Wir sind begeistert vom Hotel und der Lage
Pros:

Sehr gute Anbindung durch Bus u. U-Bahn. Sehr ruhiges Zimmer. Schickes Hotel u.sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück war sehr lecker.

Discovering Hamburg is easy...
Pros:

First visit in Hamburg and really nice Hotel to be able to enjoy the city while doing the meetings. It's ery practical to go to the historical marina part and enjoy the view.

Ich komme gerne wieder, es war ein gelungener Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, man ist zu Fuß in 20 Minuten an der Elbphilharmonie. Bus und U-Bahn sind direkt am Hotel, super Anbindungen. Das Hotelpersonal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit, einfach top, und das Frühstücksbuffet läßt fast keine Wünsche offen. Alles in Allem ein gelungener Urlaub.

Cons:

Da ich Teetrinker bin war mir die Auswahl des schwarzen Tees, es gab nur zwei Sorten, etwas mager. Ich hätte mir noch einen Assamtee oder Englisch Breakfast gewünscht.

Wir waren schon 3x im Hotel - das sagt ja alles!!

Cons:

Handtücher tauschen muss täglich wirklich nicht sein aber das Bett machen für ein 4☆Hotel wäre schon angebracht!

Bis auf das Essen war es gut.
Pros:

Das Zimmer mit der guten Klimatisierung bei 36 Grad Außentemperatur.

Cons:

Das Essen im Restaurant war nicht gut. Z. B. War der angebotene Backfisch nicht frisch sondern TK-Ware.

Я вже вдруге проживала в даному готелі і мені дуже подобається зручне і комфортне ліжко, чистота в номері. дуже смачна вода, комфортна температура і тиша.

Die Klimaanlage im zimmer 439 zieht aus der Küche unangenehme kochgerüche an und verbreitet im Zimmer essensgerüche. Bautechnisch nicht gut gelöst.
