J’avais choisi cet hôtel pour ce motif, grande déception, car sinon je serais allée dans les hôtels plus proches du centre et moins onéreux. Pas de remise comme geste commercial.
La plupart du personnel ne parle pas de langues occidentales.
La qualité des fruits au petit-déjeuner : pastèque insipide, la soupe insipide, les œufs à base d’œufs liquide en pot (industriel?), cappuccino sans mousse
Beaucoup de personnel mais pas de service. On doit allier chercher soi-même les boissons. La salle est tellement grande que le temps de revenir à table pour aller chercher les autres plats, la boisson est déjà tiède.

One of the most luxurious hotel that I have been to in China. Rooms were expansive with a modern touch to them. Too bad I could only stay for one night only.

There was room service after 12
I wanted to order something at night at 12 they said there no room service which not acceptable for 5 star hotel.
And in morning the receptionist came to room i told them that i want to extend a day and then at 1 i went down they said you have to change the room

The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet has a lot of options including Chinese and Western cuisines. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel, a bit pricey
The fact that as a guest I still had to pay to go to the hot fountains
very nice escape for a day with family; the hot springs are well arrange with a lot of outdoor pavilliions;
the breakfast is very generous in choice and the stuff are very helpful;
restaurant in-house is quite good standing;
all in All we enjoyed a lot and we recomend for Families and for couple as a city getaway;
