Da haben wir mehr erwartet.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt wunderbar in den Bergen, was man bei der Wahl des Autos (motorstark) berücksichtigen sollte. Die Betten und Kissen sind ein Traum. Auch die Yogamatte auf dem Zimmer und die Decken auf den Stühlen auf dem Balkon zeugen davon, dass man den Gästen nur das Beste will.
Unsere verspätete Anreise war kein Problem. Das Hotel reservierte noch einen Tisch und wir konnten später ohne Probleme einchecken und etwas essen.

Cons:

Man sollte wissen, dass das Hotel wenige Meter neben einer Straße liegt, auf der Tag und Nacht Autos fahren. Auch mit geschlossenem Fenster sind diese zu hören. Dazu kommt die Beleuchtung draußen, die man leider durch geraffte Gardinen und recht lichtdurchlässigen Stoff nicht komplett aussperren kann. Also Ohrstöpsel und Augenmaske nicht vergessen, wenn man diese für einen guten Schlaf braucht.
Sonst sind uns weitere Dinge aufgefallen, die wir in dieser Hotelkategorie nicht erwarten: Beim Ankommen war das Ordnen von Quittungen wichtiger als wir. Da ließ man uns eine Weile stehen und schickte andere Angestellte fort, die sich um unser Einchecken kümmern wollten.
Haare im Waschbecken und Zahnpasta am Spiegel möchte ich vom Gast zuvor nicht mehr finden. Unser Bad roch sehr nach Gulli, was der klappernde Lüfter nicht wegbekam.
Derzeit gibt es eine Großbaustelle direkt vor dem Hotel. Sie beginnt bereits recht früh mit dem Arbeiten, aber Frühstück gibt es erst ab 8. Das war eine lange Zeit zwischen Aufwachen und Frühstück.
Der Raumduft war für unseren Geschmack zu schwer und aufdringlich.
Beim Auschecken machten wir auf einige Punkte aufmerksam, wo man uns preislich entgegen kam. Wir hätten früher etwas sagen sollen!

Excellent séjour
Pros:

L’hôtel ce situe en pleins centre de Villandro avec un accès rapide à tous les chemins de randonnée au alentours. On y retrouve une ambiance familiale et conviviale qui permet de déconnecter totalement avec le monde extérieur.

Consigliatissimo per una fuga romantica.
Pros:

Struttura stupenda: sembra di essere in un castello medievale ristrutturato perfettamente, mantenendo quell’anima storica ma con il giusto tocco contemporaneo. Dalla sala della colazione alle camere è tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. La colazione ripaga il viaggio, ricca al punto giusto e con materie prime di altissima qualità. Le camere sono solamente 10 quindi si respira un’aria tranquilla e silenziosa, ottima per una fuga alla ricerca del relax.

Cons:

Purtroppo Villandro, il luogo in cui è collocata la struttura, per quanto bello, è un po povero di attività, ma spostandosi non di molto in macchina si possono comunque raggiungere luoghi incantevoli.

A truly unforgettable hotel experience
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and enjoyed every moment of it. Everything was excellentת the room was beautiful, comfortable and spotless, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding, with a wonderful variety of fresh, delicious and high-quality food. We really appreciated the attention to detail and the warm atmosphere throughout the hotel. It was a pleasure staying here, and we would definitely come back and highly recommend it.
