まあまあだった。悪いところより良いところの方が多かった。
Pros:

ベッドとエアコンは良かった。
スタッフはメールやリクエストに素早く対応してくれた。

Cons:

公共のフロアや階段はほこりっぽかった。
チェックイン前に廊下の部屋のドアや窓が開いていたため、滞在中ずっと虫が部屋の中を飛び回っていた。
部屋に作業用の小さなテーブルがあればよかった。

Pros:

It was quiet and I loved the location - based in the suburb area and you get to experience the real Japanese suburb. About 7 minutes walk to the nearest train station.

Cons:

There was no staff so we couldn't organize luggage delivery although there was a dairy 3 min away and we organized luggage delivery to the next hotel there as advised by the staff over the phone. When you arrive at the property you need to dial the phone and staff will tell you the door password and the room number which is fine. However, the phone is super quiet and it's hard to hear anything. Also, it was a bit dirty.

Pros:

とてもリーズナブルで目的地パルスプラザへのアクセス的に何とか徒歩で行けるので助かりました。ベッド始め部屋は清潔でした。

Cons:

お風呂の掃除が少々不撤退で人毛が浴槽に残っていました。備え付けの電子レンジはありがたかったのですが壊れかけていたか回転せず。あと１月の宿泊で部屋が非常に寒かったです。エアコンはあったのです1時間近く待たないと暖まらず、もしや壊れているのか？と不安になりました。寝具も薄い掛け布団のみのため暖まらなかったら確実に風邪を引いたなと。一晩中暖房を付けギリギリ助かりました。

ロケーション、コスパはいいけど、もう少し清潔感があればなぁ

駅近で、スーパーもあり利便性◎
レンジ、湯沸ポットは助かるけど、トースターもあれば尚、良いかも。

Cons:

階段で上がるため、荷物が重いと大変。
階段もあまり幅がない為、スーツケースの運搬は一苦労でした。
ツインの部屋でしたが、片方のベッドの掛け布団シーツと枕カバーが使用後のシワのように見えたので嫌でした。ファブリーズをし、バスタオルを敷いて仕方なく寝ました。
