The upkeep of the property was good. Bathrooms were clean and spacious, towels were clean. Staff was courteous. Front-desk did a great job handling guests. Will visit again if i need a room in this area.

Cons:

Drinking water, you need you buy bottles from the hotel, besides a half litre bottle given as complimentary. This is not just bad customer service, it is unlawful as well. I understand a lot of their guests prefer to buy bottled water, so it makes sense. Having said that, the staff were only doing their job, so nothing against them. This feedback is meant for the owner to consider. My strong words are only meant to suggest something that makes business sense…and since all other things are being done well!

Honestly, one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a hotel. The staff were downright rude and couldn’t care less about guests. Any time we tried to speak to them, they brushed us off like we were interrupting something more important—which apparently was helping their friends connect to the Wi-Fi. They were literally eating food and chatting away with random people right at the front desk while guests were waiting. To top it off, they kept insisting the card machine wasn’t working, but surprise, it went through perfectly fine when we pushed back. Completely unprofessional, no sense of hospitality, and zero respect for guests. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Wish I went another hotel
Pros:

Not worth what you pay, staff open door for you and expect a tip, I gave plenty of tips and I was getting in my taxi to leave and the cleaner guy asked me for a tip, sheets on need were torn, ok for a one night stay but not any more than that

Comfortable and clean
Pros:

They offered a wider variety of options compared to other hotels in Mumbai. The staff were attentive and helpful. We were satisfied and happy about everything. Highly recommend it.
