Stunning views at a gorgeous unique hotel
Pros:

The hotel itself was a unique experience. Very comfortable given the rooms are made from shipping containers.

The views are absolutely stunning, being up on the hill. Also, the attention to detail was superb. The room is full of local wines to pick from.

But what made the experience worth while was the service. The staff are so friendly and did everything they could to make sure I had a lovely time in Valparaiso. And I did! Thank you ladies!

Cons:

Because you're up on the hill, you have to get an uber everywhere. But they're cheap, and it's worth it the pay off.

Pros:

Unique and well cursted design, great view, very convenient (but limited) parking, helpful staff, good breakfast, interesting wine selection.

Cons:

There was no AC in the room, which wasn't an issue during our stay in August, but I assume in the summer it can be a bit hot.

Un lugar muy especial
Pros:

Es un sitio súper especial que reúne toda la esencia de Valparaíso. El personal es estupendo, nos dieron muchos tips para recorrer la ciudad, muy amables. El desayuno riquísimo y las tablas para acompañar un vino desde la estupenda terraza son lo más.

Un hotel original et confortable
Pros:

Hotel super original car réalisé avec des containers rappelant l’activité du port de Valparaiso. Déco très sympa.
Le restaurant en rooftop est bon.

Cons:

Un peu loin des endroits à visiter.

Sehr kreatives Hotel. Lage mit tollem Blick über die Stadt. Besondere Zimmer mit individuellen Touch zum Thema Wein. Personal super nett.

Cons:

War alles gut! Mussten früher los als Frühstück beginnt. Bekamen es extra aufs Zimmer gebracht.

Pros:

The view is amazing, unique! The room was very well-equipped and comfortable. The service was impeccable. Breakfast was brought to my room and was plentiful.

Cons:

The bathroom was very cold and the shower wasn't completely clean. The shampoo and conditioner dispensers weren't working either.

Quirky room with little living area and kitchen area in a 40ft container. Really really helpful staff. Enclosed garage which was brill. A 30 min walk to popular tourist areas. Really really good breakfast. Roof top bar to die for.

Cons:

Rooms could do with a deep clean. But I am being pedantic.

Pros:

El personal es sumamente amable! Hacía mucho tiempo que no estaba en un hotel donde la atención lo fuera todo. El hotel es muy bueno, pero lo que realmente hace la diferencia fue la atención. Llegamos y no funcionaba el pago (problema de la máquina), que hicieron, no se preocupe, después solucionamos. A la hora del desayuno, les pedi a las chicas llevar el desayuno a la habitación, y súper amables hasta me ayudaron para hacerlo.
Asiq si era bueno, el personal lo hace que sea excelente!

Estuvo todo perfecto!
