Cons:

No tiene TV por lo cual si no en la noche o por la mañana desea conocer de las noticias o ver una película lo debe hacer con su celular o notebook

Todo el personal muy amable y con buena disposición excepto el bartender que cuando se solicitaba algo de la barra se molestaba o miraba con desagradable y no soltaba el celular

Pros:

Gostamos muito do design do hotel e da vista para a cidade que tínhamos do hotel. Também o restaurante no último andar foi bem conveniente para aproveitarmos o final de tarde e o café da manhã excelente que estava incluído.

Cons:

A localização, apesar de central é um pouco fora dos principais pontos de atracão turística, mas nada que uma rápida corrida de uber não pudesse facilmente resolver. Talvez isso tenha nos proporcionado uma noite mais tranquila do que se estivessemos mais próximos aos lugares mais frequentados.

Pros:

Winebox is a great concept with a unique character. The views over Valparaíso are outstanding, and the service is excellent. The rooftop bar is also a highlight, offering a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the views.

Cons:

There is no much soundproof so if you are a light sleeper you may suffer.

Great hotel, not quite the right location
Pros:

The rooftop terrace was fabulous with a great view. Nice place to hang out. The design and concept were fun and original and loved the way they had cooking facilities should you want to use them. The breakfast was really great too and the staff so lovely.

Cons:

The location was not great for Valparaiso as the only area worth visiting is Cerro Alegre and Cerro Concepción. The rest of it is a bit neglected. Beautiful buildings but totally covered in graffiti and not the nice sort. There’s only one good restaurant, Baquedano 660, near the hotel so not much else to wander to. Shame because the hotel is great.

Altamente recomendable, para una escapada a Valparaíso por un fin de semana o unos días.
Pros:

Todo fue excelente, desde la llegada hasta el chek out, todo el staff tuvo una excelente atención con nosotros, el desayuno increíble con una vista privilegiada, la comida riquísima y además al llegar una copa de vino de cortesía.
El cuarto es un pequeño apartamento con una terraza semiprivada con vista al Pacífico.
