Cons:

Cube 20 or 21 has a broken lock and needs to have a key to get in. Of course, the kids forgot the key and of course it was after 1030pm. So I had to walk the balconies on the outside from our unit to their unit and glad their patio door was unlocked. Otherwise where would they sleep?

The shower was so hard to enter into. The "door" was literally 12". If I was a fatter American, I'd never make it in the shower. Also, during the shower, water leaks outside the bathroom.

Beautiful views
Pros:

Beautiful location with amazing views. Our ‘box’ was on the outer edge so had windows/balconies on the side as well as facing the bay, hence a little road noise, which didn’t bother us. Bed was against the wall but very comfortable. Good to have secure parking for our hire car and staff were super helpful. It’s on a hill so a long steep walk back from the centre but of course, this gives you the views. We didn’t feel unsafe in Valpo at all. Not many restaurants for dinner within walking distance but the hotel does food and there’s a restaurant just down the road which was excellent. We loved our stay.

Cons:

Nothing. Although would be even better if the funicular had been working!

Hotel maravilloso, vistas y desayunos espectaculares, cómodo y personal muy atento
Pros:

Excelente estancia, con vistas privilegiadas desde habitación, con balcón, varias terrazas, cocina, camas cómodas, personal muy atento y lo mejor... un desayuno espectacular, exquisito muy variado y todo natural. Recomendable 100%.

Persoonallinen ja ihanan värikäs hotelli. Huoneet hauskasti sisustettu. Huoneiden ”minibaari” parasta, mihin olemme koskaan törmänneet. Aamiainen kattoterassilla oli ihana! Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä.

nice place to stay in Valparaiso, garage for the car was a great benefit, nice breakfast on the rooftop of the hotel.

big rooms, nice view and very much space for all things - good to have a kitchen for some tea, wine or water;

the room was not very clean, dusty and the floor is dirty - towel´s and bed sheet as well.
